part 2

i walk into the room peter went into.
"my dad wanted me to talk to you what the fuck is up". i say before looking at him. he doesn't answer but i can here him crying. i look at him, face down and the couch, crying. 
"huh? nothing is wrong not that you care" peter says looking at me. wiping his tears away in embarrassment.
"just talk to me. let's just for get that p-" i say
"don't bring that day up" he says
"ok i won't but just talk to me, what's wrong" i ask
"aunt mays dead" he says
"peter i'm sorry-"
"i don't need that's bull shit. your probably happy to see me in pain" he snaps
"i'd be happy to see you in physical pain, but i'm not happy to see you in this pain parker" i say
peter sits up.
"she died after an argument, she died thinking i hated her." peter says
"peter i don't think she thought you hated her"
"no i said i did, i- i didn't ev- even get to say bye"
he starts to breath heavy and quickly.
"hey peter calm down. it's ok, everyone fights, she's knows you love her ok" i say kneeling down in front of him.
he nods.
"i'm serious" i say
"i know" he says
"ok" i say
i choose to give him space and go back to the pool.
"what's wrong with the kid?" tony asks
"aunt may died" i say
"is he ok" Steve asks
"he's doing ok. i'll give him 24 hours then he will pretend to be fine" i say
"where is he gonna stay?" tony asks
"i don't know and it's not my problem " i say
"you can't be nice for one second"
"i was nice" i say
"ok" he says
i hear the door open and it's peter.
"hey peter you ok?" my dad asks peter
"yeah i'm fine. why wouldn't i be" peter says
"because aunt may-"
"oh yeah it's not a big deal"
"where are you staying?"
"i don't know" peter says
"you can stay here in one of the guest rooms"
"no he can't stay here" i say
"yes you can"
"no"
"y/n quiet" tony snaps
i go quiet as him and peter still talk. peter eventually agrees to living here. fuck that.
