I was in bed,it was the next day but something felt wrong,utterly wrong about what Rintarou-kun said

Can you come tomorrow at 4pm to the port mafia?

My head was aching,I didn't know what to do,I never trusted him,no,I never even wanted to be near him,and why me? Why couldn't he just ask father? Does he intent to kill me? But he said I could bring an agency member,does he plan to kill me and the person I bring?

I sighed and got up to change and go to the agency

-Dazai's POV-

"Oiiiii Kunikida-kunnn!" I kept closing his laptop screen to annoy him,eventually he closed it fully "what,Dazai?! I can't work like th—"

I had a serious face after he closed his laptop,then whispered "don't you think Y/N-chan is acting a bit..concerned?" Him and I looked over at Y/N,who looked extremely concerned and it looked like she had a thousand things on her mind,she then sighed

Kunikida looked at me "she does look concerned,very concerned"

I then approached her "Y/N-CHANN!" she jumped in her seat and looked at me "DAZAI-SAN DONT SCARE ME LIKE THAT AGAIN" she sighed again and took out her phone

"Y/N-chan,there's something wrong,isn't there?" I made deep eye contact with her,she didn't seem shaken by my eye contact,she glared at me "none of your business" she opened her laptop

"Y/N-chan you have to understand,I'm your colleague,I can help you if it's within my reach"

Wait...why am i that worried,I'm never that worried usually..?

"No,I shall deal with it my own way,I don't need your help,but I strongly appreciate it" she looked at me and smiled,before looking at the time and closing her laptop "I'm heading on a mission now,cya!" She left before I could ask her what it was

President came out when she left "Huh? Where is
F/N?" We all looked at president

"Didn't you give her a mission now,president?" Kunikida asked,since he overheard our conversation

President's eyes widened

"I didn't give her any missions today"

-Y/N's POV-

I walked across the street thinking 'was this a good idea? I'm going alone,is it really a good idea? I never told anyone,not even Father,was it a good idea? What if he kills me?' My head was about to explode,I sighed as I walked over to the mafia HQ and went through a secret passage,there Rintarou-kun awaited me with Elise,Elise ran over to me "Y/N-CHANN!!" She hugged me,i got down to her height level and hugged her back,and carried her

"So you probably know why I brought you here,right Y/N-kun?" He said in an intimating voice

"No.."

"Can you take care of Elise next week?" His facial expression and voice tone changed

I was confused "WHAT?!" I shouted "I WASN'T INTIMIDATED ALL DAY JUST FOR YOU TO SAY THIS"

He sighed and laughed "now Elise-chan,we have to go"

She jumped off my arms and we both waved goodbye,then we parted ways

I entered the agency,and what happened was pure chaos

"WHAT DO WE DO?!" Atsushi shouted

"She's probably dead by now" Kyouka exclaimed

"WE NEED TO KNOW WHERE SHE IS
RANPO-SAN!" Yosano shouted at Ranpo

Father was just frozen in place

"She's right behind you" Ranpo said,then I was met by a thousand pair of eyes

"I have loads of explaining to do,don't I?" I laughed

"Oh hell yeah you do!" Yosano exclaimed

I sighed

"SO THATS WHAT IT WAS! FOR YOU TAKING CARE OF ELISE HE MADE YOU WORRY??" Dazai shouted

"I mean,I can't refuse,if I do it he'll give me money"

"Money is love money is life,huh?" Dazai asked

"You bet"

We stayed silent for a while
