"What the hell?!" I screamed, fuming, and stood up with Oscar standing up behind me.

"Cat, who is this?!" I asked, breathing heavily and pointing at the boy while looking at my sister stand there in shock. She stutters for a moment, looking at him a couple times before shaking her head and sighing, looking at me, then Oscar, and of course back at me. I thought she was going to answer, but instead, she kept quiet.

"Catherine. Who is this boy?" I asked more sternly. She closed her eyes and took a big breath. I huffed and crossed my arms.

"If you don't answer me right now, I'm going to make you tell me," I demand and she looks at me like I was ridiculous.

"El, can we at least talk about this later? Please?" She asks, trying to keep her voice as calm as possible. I shook my head "no," but then I realized she doesn't want to get embarrassed in front of Oscar and... whoever this guy is, so I agreed.

"Alright, fine." I say, sighing and glaring at the guy. He was looking anywhere but my eyes to avoid eye contact. I shook my head and huffed.

Things were getting kind of awkward, so Oscar decided he was going to leave. I was kind of upset, but I agreed, so I could talk to Catherine about him.

"You, come out there with me." Oscar instructs the kid. He nods and looks down, following him outside.

Catherine shook her head and walked right past me, straight up the stairs. "No, we aren't playing this game, Cat. You get back down here and we are going to talk about this." I demand, following her up the stairs. She closes her room door right on my face and I furrow my eyebrows, not appreciating her behavior.

"Stop pushing me around like I'm an 8 year old, Ella." She answers back from her room.

There was a moment of silence and I decided I was just going to give her the space she needs before properly confronting her about this.

I walked back downstairs and into the kitchen, grabbing a pudding cup and a spoon before walking back into the living room.

I know what you're probably thinking, I'm being protective.. Okay, well overprotective. Yes, I already know that the guy was her boyfriend but I just don't want to accept the fact that she's found a guy. Besides, the only guy that was in her life was our father.

She may only be 3 years younger than me, but I don't want her growing up too quickly.

I want her to remain the little girl who loved princesses and ran around the house in our mother's heels, but time is flying by way too quickly and this is reality, meaning, my sister will eventually find some other man in her life, other than my father, obviously.

Hopefully, this guy can care for her as much as our father did...
