Chapter 8: New Student

"Sunghoon... Are you okay now? How's you're injury--- Did it completely healed?" Nikki said from the back. He always appear and give me chills up to my bones

"ohhh? You knew each other??" I look at them and they were just smiling

"I think I know you... That sm---" the one who accompanied Sunghoon was stopped by Jay

"She'll find it weird if you'll say that" Jay said

"I am Heeseung by the way" he introduced himself

"Hii... I am Mavy" I told him as he moves closer

"I'm in trouble" Heeseung said "That smell is like a drug... I can see her veins and the blood that's flo---"

"I am sorry about that" Jake pops out "they are in a bad condition right now... He was working on a project about the cardiovascular system and it made him crazy" he reasoned out

"Why would you be sorry?" I told them and smiled "It's understandable"

"Control yourself" Jake poke Heeseung

It's giving me chills that everyone was staring at me. I felt like I have done something wrong. I look at the guy who help me yesterday, his expression was as if he was in great pain.

"are you okay?" I asked him

"Me?" Sunghoon said as he pointed at himself "Of course I am okay." he smiled as he was holding tightly at his chest

"don't mind him... He is recovering quickly because he ate sooooo muchhhh--- By the way... Let's go to our room?" Jake insisted

"sure... Lead the way" I told him as I smiled from ear to ear

He lead the way to the room but I was called to the teachers office by our homeroom teacher.

"See you later" I told Jake and smiled

I took a peek at the teachers office but they all seem to be busy. I just look around

"transfer student?" a teacher waved at me but he was too young to be a teacher

"ahh yes sir" I entered the room

"Are you perhaps Miss Cha Mavy?" he asked

How come his skin was so pale

"Yes sir" I told him

"I will give you a brief discussion and some notes of the past subjects. You need to catch up soon because the exams are just right in the corner" he smiled at me as he gave me some compiled stapled notes from different subjects

Yahhh~ he's so hard working

"and let's go.. We have a minute to walk to the classroom" he said and prepared his materials just in time for the bell

Wahh~ he is always in time too

"Teacher? Can I ask how old are you?" I told him as we walk through the hallways

"I am more older than you think" he said and entered the room "Everyone is excited for our first class yeyyy!!" he announced the class which made all of them suddenly shut their mouth

"teacher?.. I heard miss Yang was gossiping with Mr Song that a new student was joking our class?" a boy stood up

"You ruined the fun" our teacher suddenly said "As you all know, we have a new friend today coming from the states and I hope you will all be nice to her and treat her like a younger sister okay?"

"sister?? Then it is a female" the boys were all so happy after hearing what our teacher said

"Please come in" our teacher invited me

I entered the room and everybody was in a trance as they saw me in front

"Teacher?" a girl raised her hand "I heard she has an angelic voice... Can we perhaps hear her sing?" she said as she smirked

I hate girls like her

"If she wants to them sure" he said as he excused himself from the stand

"I will sing a song of BTS... Life goes on. If you want to join me then please sing a long with me" I told them

Nunchi eopsi wabeoryeosseo" as I were singing to them.. There eyes glittered like the stars. Some dropped their Jaws and others were enjoying how I sing

Mianhae maldo eopsi, yeah" No one wanted me to stop so I just controlled myself

"That's all for today" I smiled and everyone exclaimed and shouted that they want to hear another song "Nice meeting you all... I am Cha Mavy, 18 years old." I bowed and excused myself from the stand

"Teacher!!!" they all complained

"She said that's all for today. How can I make her to do it if she doesn't want to?" he laughed "okay.. Miss Cha there's a blank seat behind Mr. Sim, you can take your seat there" he said as he pointed at the seat

I bowed again for the second time and head to the vacant seat. I looked at Jake and he smiled. As soon as I sat down I look at my seat mate and it was the guy who helped me yesterday

"hii" I greeted him again and but he was asleep "how come I didn't notice you earlier" I told myself and just look at him

He has a sharp nose, long eyelashes, thick eyebrows, look at his lips...

I stopped myself from imagining something beyond reality.

Is he perhaps sick?

I placed my head on my hand and just observed at him. I don't know why but I felt relieved as I see him.

"Mavy" Jake whispered as he turned around facing me face to face "if you need help then just poke me" he said

"sure" I told him

I brought my pen and notebook out of my backpack to focus in class and to not goof around looking at a person all day long.

History was our first class, Math was second and now we will be having a 30 minute break time.

"Let's go have a snack Mavy" Jake turned his chair to face me and place his hand on my table as he was directly looking at my eyes

I felt hypnotized for a moment because of his good looks but I have a strong mentality

"Can we at least wake him up?" I pointed at Sunghoon "He was asleep the whole time" I told him

"Nevermind him... We can just go and eat snacks" he said

"Wait a moment" I told him as I slowly reach for his forehead to check his temperature if he's okay or not

He suddenly opened his eyes as soon as I almost touch his forehead

"You...." he said as he looked straight in my eyes
