"I thought she will be going to the hospital today?" Jake asked
"Uh--uhmmm yeah~ I am going to the hospital today... I totally forgot about that" I told them as I rub my nape
"Then I'll come to your house tomorrow," Sunghoon said
"Why are you doing that?" Jake raised his eyebrows
"we have a project to make... In biology is that right? The study of life" Sunghoon winked
"Yah! You're dirty!" Jake smacked his head
"I can't seem to understand the joke?" I told them and smile
"Never mind him," Jake said as he hung his hand on my neck
"Give me a ride to the hospital hmm?" Jake said
"Yah! What will you do there anyway?" Sunghoon said
"I will be visiting uncle Chen," Jake said
"You have an uncle who is a doctor?" I asked him
"Well yeahh~ he's a very very very old doctor" Jake smirked,
"how old is he?" I asked
"Thousands of years older than you," Jake said but he received a stomach punch from Sunghoon
"You should go after class and I will deal with him later," Sunghoon said as he tightened his grip on Jake's collar and pulled it.
I didn't mind them and just went to the bathroom because I am having cramps on my---- I think it's that time of the day.
I went to the last block and stayed there for a bit. It was really painful as hell.
"Yahh! You should advise K that I think we found his prey" A girl said
What's up with these rumors in bathrooms!!!
I am having a hard time and my phone just dropped on the floor. Causing a loud sound that attracted other students.
"Yah! Who's in there?" they asked
"excuse but can I ask for some help?" I told them
They were a bit kind and they responded quickly.
"What do you need?" someone asked
"Do you have any extra pad?? My emergency pad was left in my bag but I left it in the room..." I told them and they just laughed
"okay okay... I have one" the girl said as she gave it to me.
"Thank you" I told them
"Wait... You smell pretty good" the girl said
"I'm a bit uncomfortable about what you said... Can you repeat it again?" I asked her as I was finishing the pad
"You're the new girl right?" she asked me
"Yeah.. They all call me that. Am I that special?" I jokingly said and went out after I flushed the toilet.
"Yeahh... I think so since those devils are keeping you beside them all the time" The girl responded as she applied makeup on her face.
"Devils?? Who?" I asked them
"Those seven demons" They said
"Stop calling them bad. They are all good actually" I told them as I washed my hands
"You should watch out... You don't know the history and what lies are in this town" she smirked as they all went out
I was puzzled on what she told me but then my father called right in time the bell rang for dismissal.
"Hello?" I stated
"I will wait outside" he said
"Okay... See you dad. And by the way, someone wants us to give him a lift. He will go to the hospital" I told him as I was walking upstairs.
"Sure sure... As long as I felt safe when I see him" he said
Jake pulled me downstairs again as I saw him carrying my bag.
"Let's gooo" he said as he was in a hurry
"Why are you rushing?" I asked him
"I'm late in my appointment" he said and was about to carry me but I quickly gave us a space.
"I am not comfortable when someone carries me" I told him as I smiled shyly
"It's okay..."he said as he patiently accompanied me
As the two of us went out, I saw my father looking at us without a smile on his face
" Dad, Jake wants us to give him a ride"I told him but before he refuses I told him that he is a good friend
"okay okay..." he said
As soon as I opened the car's door at the backseat. Jake was going to the other side but my father told him to sit beside him in front.
"You're toooo overprotective abeoji" Jake teased
I just laughed from the back and my father's expression was unbelievable.
"Yah! Who told you to call me your father" He said
"Don't get too worked up abeoji... You'll soon hear those words from me in the future" he told my father and I was just silently laughing at my father's expression
"Appa... Let's go" I told him as I tap his shoulders to stop having a debate with Jake.
The car was silent so I decided to play a music to make it a bit fun. With my Playlist we enjoyed the ride as we sing to them until we reached the hospital.
My Dad and Jake quickly accompanied me do go inside.
"I'll go and see my uncle and if I am lucky, I will recommend him for your sake" Jake said as he ran to his uncle's office
"who is that guy?" my father asked
"You're joking right?" I asked him but he was completely clueless.
"Appa Stop joking around... You saw him with Sunghoon days ago and you told me you don't like him" I told him
"oowww... I remember, I just can't see him clearly at night but his aura was a bit suffocating" my father said
After some minutes, Jake returned and was happy to tell us that we can go and see him right now.
"oww thank you" My father told him
He helped me until we reach the office of Jake's uncle. I immediately felt cold as we entered the room, I looked around and there was no Air conditioner but why is it too cold?
"please sit down" he said as he saw me
He looked at Jake and they were like talking to each other with their heads.
He immediately come and assess my wound. When I felt his touch, it made me shiver.
His hand is too cold like an ice
He was removing the cloth and I observed that he was shaking his head, and was his skin was getting darker.
"Appa~" I look at my father and he just look at me
