IN A RUSH, DEREK AND PAIGE TOOK BRAEDEN TO THE HOSPITAL. Noticing that she was shot and had lost a lot of blood. It had started to pour down of rain, leaving whoever was outside soaking wet, including the couple whilst carrying Braeden into the hospital who was now unconscious.

Thankfully, Melissa was at the front desk doing paperwork and took her to get treated along with a few others doctors. Malia had left to go and tell Scott and Stiles about Satomi's pack being dead, or the ones they found dead.

The couple stayed for the rest of the night and during the early morning by Braeden's side as she laid in the hospital bed getting rest. Both of them were anxious to leave her side, Paige more than Derek. The two sat in chairs relaxing until the door had opened with Melissa walking in with a syringe, making the couple sit up.

"What's that?"Paige questioned the woman as she put the end of the needle in Braeden's IV. "Naloxone"Melissa answered. "We need to wake her up...". "I thought you said she needed to rest"Derek argued confused.

"That was before I found out the CDC just put the high school under quarantine with Scott, Stiles and Selina still in there"Melissa explained and their faces went blank for a second until Braeden immediately rose up, scaring the trio a little. She moved around in confusion, wincing from her gunshot wound.

"Braeden, look at me"Melissa said, placing a hand on her shoulder and the emissary looked at her. "You were shot, but you're in the hospital now and you're fine. Do you understand?"Braeden gave a glance to Derek and Paige who both nodded, letting Braeden let out a light and relaxed exhale.

"Last night you were in the woods and you came across another pack?"Melissa recapped, looking at the tanned girl. "Do you know what happened to them?". "I told you, they were poisoned"Derek reminded. "No"Braeden denied breathly. "No, they were infected. It was a virus, designed to kill werewolves.

"And it did, it killed them all"

Meanwhile at the school, the pack gathered around in the locker room with Mr Yukimura. Most of the pack was there for the PSAT's, but Selina was there for extra credit for History since she'd been falling behind. Scott knelt down on a bench by a row of lockers when his eyes flashed a bright red, but they were flickering and not staying as a full color

"It's still happening"Ken informed and Scott glanced down in fear before looking over at Malia and Selina standing side by side. "I can't make them go back..."She stated, holding up her hands with her claws showing

"Me neither, and also this..."Selina agreed before shimmying her jacket sleeve up to reveal a hint of brunette fur, which matched her hair color, spreading down her wrist. "I can feel myself shifting into a full wolf, but my body isn't letting me..."

"Obviously the virus is affecting the three of you in a way it won't hit any human being"Ken noticed. "You guys have to stay out of sight"Stiles decided. "We have to quarantine you from the quarantine...". "Yeah, but where?"Kira asked. "I mean, what if they get violent? Like on a full moon..."
