They managed to give Derek a set of fresh clothes after turning back from evolving into a full werewolf since they was just standing naked. The hunters also injected Peter Hale with wolfsbane after the situation of his betrayal was explained- a lot of it.
Scott and Kira were perfectly fine and alive; all they had was dirt on their skin and blood that oozed out of their wounds that were now fine due to their supernatural healing abilities. However when Kate ran off after being shot by her brother, she never returned in Chris' hands.
It was the only downside of the end, but Paige didn't really care at the time.
The sun awoke and moved its way through the clouds as the sky became brighter, turning into morning light. Derek had helped Braeden with loading her guns into a van that was given to her by the Calavera's when she refused to go with them after learning that she wasn't going back to Beacon Hills.
