You were hearing some unfamiliar sounds but it didn't seem like you didn't know what that sound was.

You felt very weird and strange.

"(YN)..." You heard someone mumbling and sniffling, you felt wet in your shirt and someone was holding your hand very tightly

You looked down to see Yeji who was crying on your stomach, you could tell that she was very scared to lose you.

"(YN), please... wake up and say something." She mumbled.

You then thought of a little prank.

You slightly moved your hand, which she felt.

She looked at you as you quickly closed your eyes and stuck out your tongue, playing dead.

It made her smile.

You were just on a brink of death hours ago, and you even played a joke on her.

She wiped the tears off her eyes as she snorted.

"(Y-YN)! Don't scare me li-ike that! It's n-not funny!" She shouted as she started slapping your chest.

"O-Ow! Stop! It hurts!" You laughed in pain.

"I'm sorry!" She said as she put her head on your chest and gripped your shirt.

She started crying again.

"I-I shouldn't leave you back there! I should be on your si-ide! N-No matter what! But I-I didn't! I ran away from you!"

She was sobbing on your chest very loudly you started caressing her hair very gently.

"Yeji, It's not your fault so please... don't be sorry." You said as you sighed. "I should be the one who's saying sorry because I asked you to go away."

"We're not gonna leave each other... no matter what, okay?" She looked at you as she waited for your answer.

You didn't know why... but...

...You felt something bad was going to happen.

"Okay, Yeji." You snapped out of your thoughts as you answered her questioned.

"You promise?" She asked.

"I promise." You answered as you chuckled, she was being cute.

"Pinky swear?" She said as she sniffled.

"Pinky swear." Both of you smiled as the two of you locked each other's pinky finger. "Come here."

You gave a space for her to lay down beside you.

You then pulled her into a hug as she hugged back, cuddling as we say it.

"Oh, (YN)... I thought I'm gonna lose you." She said as she put her ear on your chest, hearing its heartbeat. "I don't know what to do in this world without you."
