1 WEEK LATER

ROSÉ POV

The rainstorm had finally been calming down throughout the week. Now the ground is just wet with the clouds outside grey.

"Yes," I said.

"What happened," Jennie said as she closed her locker.

"100% again," I showed her my test.

"Lucky, I got an 84%," Jennie said.

"Look on the bright side. At least you still passed," I said.

As we walked along the hallway, I glanced forward and saw Jimin coming my way.

"Rosé, Jimin coming 12 o'clock," Jennie whispered in my ear.

Jennie was expecting me to argue with him hear the nicknames and insults that I call him before Mrs. Dennis or any teacher breaks us up. But instead, we just look at each other for a brief second before separating and continuing to walk.

"Rosé, what happened," Jennie nudged me.

"What was what," I asked.

"Why didn't you do anything to Jimin," Jennie said.

"I~I don't know why it's not like we try to beat each other up every day," I replied.

"Uhh, that's exactly what's been happening for three years straight. This is like the first day you guys are neutral, Jennie responded.

"Relax, I'll figure out something tomorrow," I said.

Once Jennie left my sight, I walked to my classroom and sat at my desk.

"Hello, class, let's open up our books and look over lesson 6 again~

My mind drifted away, thinking of............ Jimin and that night. It was a special night for us. I'm conflicted about whether I hated it or loved it.

"Rosé, where is your textbook," my teacher asked.

"S~Sorry, Mrs. Kagawa," I stuttered.

JIMIN POV

"So I was thinking, maybe we could play some video games at my house, my parents are going on their anniversary trip starting today until next week and~

I didn't bother to listen to Taehyung. My mind was somewhere else.

"Yo, Jimin, did you hear anything I said," Taehyung shook me.

"Oh, what, yeah, drugs at your place," I replied.

"What no, I said if you want to hang out at my place this week, video games, and such, my parents being out of town," Taehyung said.

"Oh, I don't know," I said.

"What do you mean? You never let me down," Taehyung said.

"Sorry to disappoint, but seriously, my mind is somewhere else," I said. "T~There's this girl~
