Summer Trip

Chapter 5

 They're now driving down to the beach, They Drove out of town, and to the forest. Chris's Family is ahead in front of the other two, Scotty's family is in the middle, And Magnus's is far behind because he has to go get gas for his truck. When going on a road trip, you stopped by to get gas for your car, use a restroom, or stop at a Convenience Store to get snacks on your way. When you drive far away from home, your phone will lose signal, you're unable to watch videos on your phone, text message with your friends, playing an app game that requires internet, Social media, or calling your friends. To keep your electronics alive, you need charging cords and plugs for each of your Devices so that way you have something to use if you don't have anything to do and use it as a map to get back home.

While Chris's family are on their to the beach, Caleb decides to play on his Gamestation portable, so he is playing a racing car game, Chris is playing a game about a little fox who was sucked into a book and sets out to collect pages in different worlds, and mary is watching a movie on her phone, it's adventure and science fiction.

"This is going to be a long Trip" said curt.

"Yeah it is" Said Judy "Just to get away from the heat"

The trip is long that it'll be hours to get to the beach, especially hotels, campsites, another state, and to Amusement park.

When they are driving in the forest, they decided to stop at a convenience store to buy snacks and drinks. Curt and Judy Wants to have a Sandwich and soda, Chris wants to have chips and sports juice, mary wants to have a Strawberry fruit pie, And Caleb wants to have corn chips and a slushie. unfortunately, the slushies are out of order, poor Caleb has to drink soda.

After getting their snacks at a convenience store, they went back to their van and continues driving. After them, Scotty's family also stopped by to get snacks, and Scotty has to get a different drink since slushies are out of order.

Chris is now eating his snack while his dad is driving and eating at the same time. The others are eating too while watching their movies and playing their game at the same time. It's like your in the movie theater and sitting on the couch while playing your game.

Curt and Judy are having a conversation about back at work, and going to the beach, Chris, Mary, and Caleb are talking about going to the beach and going surfing.

Meanwhile with Scotty's Family, They got out of the Convenience Store, Loungelot has corn chips and a sweet iced tea, Melinda has a bag of popcorn and a soda, Scotty has chips and a soda, and Isabelle has cookie chips and a strawberry juice, They got in a car and drove off.

"It's A Shame that the slushies are out of order" Said Melinda.

"Yes, it's all-out" said Loungelot "They got slushies so they'll get a brain freeze"

"Actually, The Machines must've been broked down" Melinda Corrected his husband.

Magnus's family did not stop at a convenience store, because there is one at a gas station, Wilber has a barbeque sandwich and Iced Tea, Holly only has iced tea, Magnus has corn chips, and a sports juice, And mike has chips and sports juice.

Chris's Family has been driving through forests and driving by the river. When they see the sign "Welcome to Vanilaville" They finally made it to the town where the beach is.

"Look Guys! We're Here!" Said Judy to everyone in the van.

"We Are here!" said curt.

When they make it to the town, there are restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, food kiosks, hotels, and more places to offer. There are animals on the sidewalk, lots of them waiting outside at restaurants, and riding on a powerboat.

"This town is busy" Thought curt.

"Yeah it is" Judy agreed "when it's not busy, we can come here, but right now let's go to the beach"

"We're here!" Exclaimed Caleb "We are going to the waves!"

"Let's see if you guys surf without wiping out" Said Mary.

"Let's give it our best Chris!"

Alrighty!" Exclaimed Chris.

Chris's family are the first one to arrive at the beach, the other two are still on their way. They'll be seeing each other when they got to the beach, they may need to park their cars whether at a different or the same parking lot. The others that are behind are getting closer to vanillaville, when they get to the beach, they won't notice or realized that their cars are parked at their spots. they will have to drive through town until they get to the beach.
