Summer Trip

Chapter 6

 They finally found their parking spot, it's located in front of the stone fence. They parked over there, and the car is turned off. They got out of the car with their bags in their hands, and they grabbed their surfboards from the roof, Curt and Judy got their stuff from the back of the van.

When they got their stuff from the back of their car, Scotty's family mare it to the parking lot, Loungelot parked his car and he turns his car off. Chris, Mary, and Caleb heard a familiar noise of an engine, it's Scotty, his little sister, and his parents.

Loungelot got out from the car, stretching his arms, legs, and his back "That was a long trip" Melinda got out from the car, and Scotty and Isabelle also got out, Loungelot unlocks the trunk of the car, and they grabbed their stuff, they were clothes to changes, beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler with drinks, beach towels, and toys for Isabelle to play in the sand, They're all wearing sunglasses.

When Scotty sees Chris, mary, and Caleb "Chris, Mary, Caleb!".

Chris puts his stuff down, and ran to Scotty, and hugs him, they were glad that they drive all the way to the beach to escape from the heat.

"Come on, We're going to the beach!" exclaimed Chris.

"I'm with you" Replied Scotty.

Curt, Judy, Loungelot, And Melinda met up with each other, They didn't know that they were going to the same beach where they are spending at. They were talking about that they planned on spending a day at a beach too while Loungelot and Melinda are getting their stuff, and closed and locked the trunk of their car.

They also hear an another engine that sounds familiar, and they see a white pickup truck that appears to be Magnus, his brother Mike, and his parents. They got out of the truck, Magnus grabbed his surfboard from the roof, and they grabbed their stuff from the trunk of the truck.

"Well, look who camke here" siad Loungelot.

"Hey guys!" Exclaimed Wilbur "You guys spending a day here too?"

They went down to the beach together, and they sat their stuff up. Chris, Mary, Caleb, And Magnus are sitting on a ground of sand waxing their surfboards on their laps, Isabelle is playing in the sand, Curt and Judy are reading their books, Loungelot and Melinda are relaxing under their umbrella, Scotty is laying on his belly on the ground, Wilber and Holly are relaxing while drinking their ice teas, and Mike collecting and looking at shells he found, They're all wearing swimsuits and they're on their beach towels. There was also a lot of animals at the beach too, they are playing volleyball, collecting shells, making sandcastles, burying each other with sand, shooting each other with water guns, and surfing on the water.

After waxing their surfboards, they got up, run to the water, dropped and hopped on their surfboards, and started surfing. They surfed towards the sea and turned right, they surfed together and through the waves, Magnus is Behind Chris, Mary, And Caleb. They Split up and surfed all over the water, they were having so much fun, they did a surf race through the waves and Chris was the first one.

Isabelle at the sand side was building a sandcastle using wet sand with water and sand in a sand bucket. She made four towers and puts them in a square shape, for the front she made a draw bridge, the wall is built up and it's decorated with seashells, and another tower in the center, it was creative.

Their Mothers, Judy, Melinda, And Holly were drinking their sodas, and their teas while talking about their recent vacations, they spent vacations at hotels, campsites, and different countries, it was fun and peaceful. Their Fathers, Curt, Loungelot, And Wilbur talked about back at home getting ready to leave the house to the beach.

Isabelle and mike buried themselves with sand only their heads are sticking out, so they can breathe. Isabelle wanted to show the sandcastle to her parents that she and mike built, but they were too busy talking to each other. The two are watching Chris, Caleb, Mary, And Magnus surfing through the waves, they were amazed. Loungelot came to check on his daughter and he sees her sandcastle, and he is fascinated by her work.

"What a wonderful castle you built, princess!" Said Loungelot to his daughter which made her happy.

While the surfers are still surfing at the waves, Caleb went up the wave too high causing him to fall off from his surfboard and fall into the water, his board is floating away from him, he is trying to get his board back. The other three are still surfing, Magnus drifts away and fell into the water, Caleb wants to get his drink from the cooler because he's thirsty.

Caleb grabbed his surfboard and went to the sand out from the water all wet, he grabbed a bottle of water and a can of soda, he drinks water first then he drinks the soda. He decides to take a break from surfing and relax on his beach towel by Scotty.

"You were Rockin out there!" Said Scotty to Caleb.

"Thank you" Replied Caleb drinking his soda.

Chris and Mary finally fell in the water by surfing into the big wave, Magnus, Chris, And Mary held onto their surfboards in the water, they laughed and asked where did Caleb go, They looked at Caleb laying on his back by Scotty, they got out from the water, on the sand, and to Caleb and Scotty.

"Did you got wiped out?" Mary asked her big older brother.

"I Wiped out and Splashed!" Answered Caleb.

"You guys are awesome!" Said Scotty to the three wolves and a bear.

"Thank you, Scotty" Replied Chris.

They want to drink, Chris and Mary grab their cans of soda from their cooler, and Magnus grabs his bottle of iced tea from his cooler, they were thirsty. They decided to join Caleb and Scotty to relax under their umbrella. They grabbed their towels, lay them on the ground, and layed on them by Caleb and Scotty.

"It's nice going to the beach together!" Said Magnus, The wolves and the dragon agreed.

"Yeah, It's fun getting soaked!" said Chris.

Caleb takes another drink of his Soda, he feels comfortable laying on the ground on his towel with his eyes closed, Scotty also feels comfortable laying on his towel. It's fun and peaceful to go to the beach together on their summer vacation, and getting soaked when wiping out while surfing.

Loungelot grabs a bottle of iced tea from his cooler, opens it, and drinks it.

"What a lovely beach and the weather is today!" Said Loungelot To his wife "It's peaceful here then that dreaded weather back home"

"Yeah" Melinda Agreed Drinking her soda "And It's Breezy over here".
