One thing was for sure, he has never run this hard and this desperately for someone. The destination is unclear, all he knew was that he couldn't lose her out of his eye.

The streets that he usually walks in minutes seemed like hours at the time, the streets never seeming to end. And Luna seemed to never get tired of running, while his feet were burning from the pavement.

Her hair flows as they reach the end of the streets, it's dead-end waiting for her to stop.

"Cora per favore", Damiano shouts trying to get the girl to stop, "Vic didn't mean what she said", he says half out of breath, just as he is about to say something else he sees her fall.

Before she can do anything Damiano is already next to her, holding her hands to stop her from getting up.
As he looks into her eyes he seems as shocked as Vic was minutes ago.

She isn't there, it's like she's a shell with no words of her own. She's simply just a poor soul, trying to find a way out of the dark sea that's inside of her.

She keeps struggling against him making her hurt herself, her eyes big as if she's in a completely different universe.

He holds her hands even tighter, not wanting to let the girl hurt herself further.
"Luna Basta!", he shouts, making both of them not move a muscle for a moment.

As her eyes start to lighten up more, her tears also start to fall again.

"I'm sorry", she whispers and he nods, slowly letting go of her hands.

"It's okay Cora", he says and at the nickname, she lets out even more tears. He can't stand seeing her like this anymore so he just holds her just like he was holding Vic minutes ago, maybe even hours ago. At least that's how it seems after running on the streets. They're both covered in sweat and dirt but he doesn't mind, as long as they're both safe.

"I just panicked", she says as quiet sobs leave her, he just nods and holds her in the burning sun.

After some moments she has calmed down and she loses her grip on him, he indicates it's probably time for them to stand up.

He stands up and offers her his hands to stand up as well, which she takes.
As they're both wiping dirt off their clothes he notices she has a pretty bad knee scrape on her left knee and elbows from the fall.

"That doesn't look too good, we should go back, okay. Can you walk?", he asks and the girl nods hesitantly. They both start walking back to the house, Damiano keeping an eye on her in case she changes her mind.

She doesn't, as they reach the front door of the house, again she stops.

Already knowing why, he tries to reassure her,
"She's not mad at you you know, just worried. You know she's a hot head sometimes, she can't control it at times and I also know she didn't mean what she said", he says and she nods, he turns around again and rings the doorbell.

-

After the breakdown, she had minutes ago the worry for her sister hasn't faded. They still haven't come back and she has been stressing a lot.

Vic is sitting on the couch between Ethan and Thomas who are also worried for the two of them.

"They will be back soon for sure", Ethan says and she nods, trying to convince herself.

Minutes pass as they keep sitting, and then the doorbell rings.

She is the first to get off the couch and practically run to the door, opening it as fast as she can.
As she sees her sister, the first thing she does is hug her, all the guilt she has been feeling today coming back to her all at once.

After hugging her for some moments she loosens her grip a little, checking if she's alright.
" I'm okay", Luna says as she looks guilt fully to the ground. She noticed the scrapes on her elbows and knees, they need to treat those.

Vic gives Damiano a sad smile, indicating she's thankful and that they'll talk about this later.

"Let's get you cleaned up", Vic says as she leads her little sister inside the house and tells her to sit on the couch.

Ethan and Thomas look at Luna, who seems lost in thought. Vic her look says all they need to know, is they're okay for now.

She gets into the kitchen and retreats with a first aid kit. She gets out all of the things she needs such as bandages and this spray to clean out the wounds.

" Lu this will stink a little", she says and she gets a nod.
The spray doesn't really seem to bother Luna, she just wants to sleep, probably tired from all the running. Vic puts on a bandage, making sure it's placed securely enough around her wound.

"All done", she says as she finishes putting on the last bandage.

As she looks up she sees that Luna looks really tired, " Can I go to my room?", she asks while standing up and Vic nods.

She does however go up the stairs as well, making sure that she will be okay. As they enter the room Luna noticed the papers she had thrown across the room weren't there anymore, instead, they were placed neatly on the nightstand. Luna felt the pit in her stomach grow, she was just hoping no one had read them though she knows someone must-have.

Vic gently pushed her further into the room, Luna settled on her bed clearly tired from the events of today. Victoria tucked her in and made sure she wasn't cold. She thought of leaving her alone when Luna started silently crying.

Vic got to the other side of the bed and climbed in, facing her little sister. She wiped away the tears from her face and proceeded to hug her. It was the worst to see her cry, Victoria would do anything to take away her pain but she knew that was impossible, though she did do her part to comfort her.

''It's okay sorellina'', she whispered while holding her tight, letting her get the sadness she was feeling out. Luna got out of the hug after some time, they were both silent.

''You read them didn't you'', Luna said breaking the silence they just had. Victoria nodded, feeling bad for reading her sister's feelings like that. ''I'm here for you, you know. You can tell me and the others anything and we can help you'', she said genuinely, the boys would look out for her as well for sure. They all cared for her, though Luna herself didn't want to believe it.

''I'm not broken Vic'', she said while letting out a choked sob she didn't know she needed to let out, her tears coming again soon after.

''I know Lu'', Victoria said with tears in her eyes now as well, holding her sister again. They haven't had comfort in a long time, the both of them. They maybe wouldn't want to admit it but they were so happy to spend time together again.

-

''It's really quiet upstairs'', Ethan mentioned while he put his book away, Damiano nodded. He got up from the couch, ''I'm going to check on them'', he said and went up the squeaky stairs. When he got closer to the room he made sure to be quiet, he finally came to the door. He held his breath when the door squeed and he opened it slowly.

He let out a breath of relief when he saw the two peacefully sleeping, they were looking really sweet with Victoria her protective hold over her. It must've been exhausting to both of them, he decided to leave the room as quietly again before he would accidentally wake them up.

He made his way down the stairs and sat back on the couch, Ethan giving him a questioning look. ''Are they okay?'', Ethan asked and Damiano nodded, ''They're going to be okay''.
