"Hey Will!" you called for your twin brother. "What's up?" he asked, turning his head around to look at you. "Sheila is asking for you," you smirked.
Will's eyes lightened up. You knew how much he loved that girl, but sadly, she was cheating on him with another guy. She didn't love him back, and you knew this. Everyone knew. But nobody told him, not even you.
You felt guilty of course. Mostly because you were lying to your own twin. You never lied to Will, but you knew that this truth would hurt him the most.
"Where is she? Do you know?" Will asked you with an eager look on his face. "Yeah, she's in her cabin right now. She told me to come tell you to go over there," you told him. He nodded and sprinted all the way over to Sheila's cabin.
You were walking to the outhouse to take a piss when suddenly, you heard your twin brother crying in the distance. You turned around and saw him sitting on a tree stump, crying into his hands.
"Will? Will!" you called out for him, running to him and hugging him tightly. "Will, what's wrong? What happened?"
"Sh- Sheila has been cheating on me this entire time," Will cried, sobbing in between his words. "A- And apparently everyone knew, including you. I- Is that true?"
You sighed, looking down at the ground in shame. "Yes, I did," you admitted.
Will let out a loud sigh. "It's whatever, Y/n," he said. "I'm not mad at you for lying about that." You looked back up at him. "Why not?" you asked him, a bit confused on why he wasn't lashing out on you.
"There's no point," her twin replied. "What happened has happened. There's no point in being mad. You were only trying to protect me and I want to thank you for that."
You gave your brother a sad smile before hugging him again. "I'm always here for you. Hey, why don't we go see what Nick is up to?" you asked him. He nodded, and stood up with you.
