Chapter 3 - What happened..?

First view POV-Shy

It has passed a few hours from after having tea with the Orange leader and I announced to him my opinion with the apprentice decision.. he told me he is going to give me something to make sure I'm easier to spot for who's in the village especially for new comers here.

It's understandable. Now i have a couple of days to relax or more like stress.. and make sure I'm ready for the announcement he will make about me being his new apprentice.. and for all the people to.. look at me.. and.. expect so much from me.. and so much more.. hahah..

I thought as i shortly heard a loud crash coming from outside i spun around and rushed to the ladder upstairs quickly as there where no windows in the front of my house exactly. looking out the window. I saw and heard the screams of all Orange Steves in the village left and right trying to outrun the darkness and infected Orange Steves now invading.

I saw one fail inside the house next door to escape starting to shiver i got locked into place it was like i was now ice waiting to melt down... I suddenly heard banging at the front door yelling to be let in before a short scream, but I didn't respond and ran to my closet going inside curling up inside there after shutting the door but not completely so it's not obvious that I'm inside if any managed to get inside.

Tears slowly started going down my cheeks as I covered my mouth so that I didn't make noise i also didn't exactly want to cry tho the images i just saw and heard already where rushing in replaying over and over again making me think what I could've done.

Third POV-

The darkness was chasing around all the Orange Steves as they tried escaping from the village. Most managed and soon enough a barrier got put up. A Orange steve outside in another house in the shielded house there where two steves inside there. Meanwhile the rest evacuated and or got infected..

Their Leader was inside in the highest point of the house keeping up the barrier himself. Meanwhile his apprentice who soon after a few hours passed by left the closet in his room after all the pleas of help where heard and quieted, he slowly went downstairs looking out the windows to be sure as he then slowly walked out from the back door to his house to the next one.

The apprentice knew that they would look in the houses more harder to get into now currently so he entered a new house quietly and went into the furthest corner sitting down there again curling up. Meanwhile after a bit more time passed.. a Steve and a non-Steve showed up and their voices went quiet as they saw what happened in that small Orange Village that they just visited not too long ago either.

they where looking around trying to go to the barrier without attracting attention before the Orange Steve who was with the non-Steve looked into a window next to them and they see the apprentice in there curled up like ball sniffling trying to calm down the best he could so he didn't attract anyone.

First view POV-Shy

I heard the front door open and i looked up seeing Sabre and Orange Steve that was with him behind as well. Sabre quickly told him to get in as he then shut the door. Before quickly reflecting his attention to me as i stood up.

"Orange Steve! Is that you Shy orange steve?" He asked me worriedly I sighed in relief before saying quickly

"O-oh thank goodness you came back!"

"Okay that's actually you. I'm so sorry I didn't knock this time but i hope you understand why i did it."

He said sarcastically to try and make me smile before continuing on with as i nodded before he did

"I-It's bad out there.. i- i uhm- I'm sure you where here witnessing it.."

He said a bit scared himself it was crystal clear now.

"You must've been so scared.. you are also Shy. This must be really scary for you man."

He stopped talking turning his back on me before stating once more.

"Okay we got to think. We are okay inside this house. But for how long? The doors aren't blocked and they may start searching the houses soon enough..."

He mumbled a bit of that before questioning me as he turned to look at me.

"Shy Orange Steve. Are you alright? Do you mind explaining what happened here? Or er- would you rather that we just moved on?" He added on.

"Also- it's alright if you don't want to talk about it. I'm just glad your talking with us now a bit."

He clearly was getting a bit more stressed with how much he was talking himself currently. Before I responded.

"S-some of the Steves started acting strange and began destroying everything from what i think! And then some darkness popped up..."

I added the last part in quitely.

"Okay that definitely was the darkness.. it's alright what matters now is to get you too to safety and find everyone else."

He told me as he looked to his right to his buddy trying to be more confident.

"We saw a shield around your Leaders home that's probably where they are."

He said as i quietly mumbled looking down at the floor.

"I h-had to hide inside my house to stay safe.."

"No no. You did the right thing you are on the opposite side of the Leaders house if you probably did anything else.. there could've been a possibility you didn't make it."

He tried whispering the last part to keep me more motivated that it's dandy and good and i sorta liked that.

"But you did the right call! We are going to try to get you back to your people now. Okay?"

He told me as he looked a up at me.

"O-okay!"

I smiled at that response as i looked down at them well him mostly he is pretty short...

"As long as you stay with us your going to be okay. So.. er you should probably follow us. Justl stay right behind us.. we are going to try to go your Leaders house."

He said as he backed a bit and talked with his friend Steve before telling us to hide behind the door as he would check to see if they where looking out.

Third POV-

The player looked out for them and soon enough after calling it safe enough they moved shortly arriving at the shield where the Orange Steve broke the shield but not without catching the infected attention shortly before. The Shy Steve with them was just looking in pure shock around as he gulped soon enough they got inside the barrier and put it back up as the infected just got there. That didn't stop the Steves and the Player to see them trying to break it shortly they entered the houseo to be more safe...

Hope you guys enjoyed this- I'm not going to try and imitate the full speech anymore that took too long for me to do. Sorry about that. But it wouldn't exactly make sense either...
