"Come-on! Get up, Athena!" Sarah pulls on my hand.
"What happened?" I ask.
"We have to go, we only have fourteen hours left" Sarah helps me up. Suddenly a stabbing pain runs through my veins.
"My arm's cut!" I scream in agony.
"It's okay! Wait for a second" Sarah whispers to Jacob and he nods his head. "One thing we know is that the robot is not telling anyone but you'll have to bear with the pain for a bit until we get to the lab and find some medication for you" Sarah informs.
"Okay, but is everyone else fine?" I ask. Sarah nods her head as Jacob helps me up and I see everything rushing by, in a moment I'm in front of the lab "Thanks" I smile at Jacob and then start to walk into the lab.
"Oh, Athena. I hope you get better quick" These words were a jumble so I look around to find the source. Phoebe. I mean who else would it be? Everyone else arrives and starts looking for a first-aid kit including me. Todd finds it so he quickly wraps a cloth around my arm to stop the bleeding and then pours some liquid over it.
"Does it pain a lot?" He asks without even looking up at me.
"Y-Yes" I answer, biting my lip.
"Take a pain killer, I don't think you're fit for fighting the robots right now, you can stay here with the scientist," Todd says.
"What!" I slip away from him "I'm not going to sit here and be helpless, I'm part of the mission too!" How can he possibly suggest that I sit here and do nothing?! This was my mission so I have to do it! Not just my team! I can feel the anger bubbling in me right now and it's just about to explode!
"Athena! You are hurt!! Do you want to die?!" Todd gets up and off the ground and holds his head in her hands. I sigh and look down.
Tears fall out of my eyes, I'm hurt, was that kiss just nothing? Or did it mean something?
