Daniel noticed how Carolina slipped out of the venue so he decided to follow her,
Which he probably wouldn't have done if he knew that she was going to run once she got out.
"Carol?" Daniel asked as he heard the sound of her soft sobs,
"He won't be there," Carolina cried as she wrapped her arms around her body,
"Who won't be there?" The McLaren driver cocked his head as he didn't know what was going on,
"My dad," the Ferrari driver wiped her eyes as she sniffed clearly feeling emotional about seeing a wedding,
"He won't do it for me," she added getting the sudden dose of reality that she was more likely to have her brother walk her down the aisle,
"Come here," the Australian let out a soft sigh as he held his arms out which the girl went into.
"We should go back in there," the German said realising that people were probably going to wonder where they were,
"We don't need to," the boy shook his head as he didn't want the girl to feel forced to go back in,
"Not yet," he added as he ran his finger under her eye to wipe a tear away.
"I'm sorry about this," the girl let out a low chuckle as she sent him a smile,
"Don't be," Daniel threw his arm around her as he pulled her closer causing her nostrils to be engulfed with his cologne.
"And besides its good to have a cry every now and then," he added as he shrugged,
"Would you ever walk someone down the aisle?" Carolina asked as she grew curious,
"Well, I'd happily walk my future daughter." The McLaren driver nodded as he thought about it,
"Maybe you too if we felt up to it," he added as he jokingly elbowed her,
"Umm excuse me, who says you won't be on the other side waiting for me?" The Ferrari driver let out a scoff as she was feeling better,
"I can't be having my runaway man somewhere in the open," she added in a duh tone,
"Silly me forgetting that!" The Australian cracked a smile as he nodded enjoying this little story that they had just come up with.

The day had turned into night and everyone was still there partying with Daniel and Carolina sending each other looks from across the table to each other.
"Are you listening to anything I'm saying?" Faye asked as she cocked her head,
"I'm sorry, no not really," Carolina confessed honestly as she snapped out of the gaze she was in.
"Just go dance with him," the student spoke in a duh tone as she reached into her bag to get a piece of gum,
"Who?" The driver asked as she cocked her head,
"Daniel," the Brit had seen the looks that the duo had been giving each other all night,
"You're in his jacket and have been looking at him the whole time," she added with a smile remembering how Daniel didn't hesitate to give it to the blonde when he learnt that she was cold.
"Daniel," the German smiled as she walked over to the boy,
"Yes love," Daniel nodded as he looked up at her not even noticing what had slipped out of his mouth,
"Do you wanna dance?" The Ferrari driver held her hand out clearly missing what he had said too,
"I never got to thank you for what you did earlier," she added as the boy grabbed her hand and got up,
"You don't need to," the McLaren driver shook his head as he furrowed his eyebrows,
"You didn't need to do that for me," the German explained as she knew that he had gone out of his way for her and she appreciated it.
"I would have been a pretty shitty person if I didn't." The Australian shrugged as he would have done it for everyone,
"Well thank you regardless," the blonde smiled as she looked at him,
"Do you know what you are doing for the break?" Daniel asked as he cocked his head,
"I honestly don't have a clue," Carolina shrugged as she hadn't thought about it,
"I don't think I'll be back in Germany. You?" Truthfully she didn't enjoy going back to see her father as to when he had his bad days it reminded her of everything that had happened and how she had gotten there too late.
"I was thinking of going to Greece," the McLaren driver wasn't going home so he didn't know where to be,
"Not back somewhere to see your family?" Although the Ferrari driver didn't know a lot about his family she could have sworn that they were close,
"They said it's not enough time for me to go there and make it worthwhile." The Australian had thought about going back to Australia but quickly realised that it didn't make sense to,
"Why Greece?" The German asked as she grew curious,
"Thought it could be a fun place to go with you," Daniel confessed as he had only thought about it on the spot,
"With me?" Carolina bit the inside of her cheek to stop herself from smiling,
"I mean if you're up for it?" The McLaren driver spoke in a duh tone,
"I'd love to," the Ferrari driver nodded as she was already looking forward to it,
"Perfect," the boy smiled,
"We leave in three days," he added remembering that she needed to learn about their date that they would leave on,
"Wait what?" The girl's eyes went wide as she cocked her head,
"This is called spontaneous," Daniel shrugged as he also knew that they didn't have a lot of time in the break left.
