Through the Trapdoor

The five friends came down the stairs and began to walk across the floor. They stopped when they heard croaking.
"Trevor" hissed Mary
"Trevor shh! Go, you shouldn't be here" said Ron
Neville appeared from behind a chair. "Neither should you. You're sneaking out again, aren’t you" asked Neville
"Now, Neville, listen. We were -" Harry started
"No! I won't let you! You'll get Gryffindor in trouble again! I-I'll fight you" said Neville
"Neville, I'm really, really sorry about this...Petrificus Totalus" said Hermione.
Neville was frozen and fell backwards onto the ground. Hermione put her wand back.
"You're a little scary sometimes...you know that? Brilliant, but scary" said Ron
"Let's go. Sorry" said Harry
"Sorry"
"It's for your own good, you know" said Ron.

The five were under the Invisibility cloak, apart from Mary, sneaking along the corridor.
"Ow! You stood on my foot" said Hermione to Ron.
"Sorry" said Ron
"Alohomora" said Mary.
The door opened and they went in.
"Wait a minute...he's...  Sleeping" said Ron, looking at Fluffy, then at an enchanted harp.
"Snape's already been here. He's put a spell on the harp" said Harry.
They approached the sleeping dog.
"Uh. It's got horrible breath" said Roxy.
"We have to move its paw" said Mary
"What"
"Come on! Okay. Push"
They strained and moved it. Then opened the door. 
"I'll go first. Don't follow until I give you a sign" said Harry.
The harp stopped playing.
Fluffy's eyes opened.
"If something bad happens, get yourselves out...Does it seem a bit...quiet" asked Harry
"The harp. It stopped playing" said Hermione.
Drool from one head came down on Ron's shoulder.
"Ew! Yuck! Ugh".
All five kids looked up and see Fluffy standing there. Fluffy barked and growled, thrashing. It broke the harp and dived at the three.
"Jump! Go!" shouted Harry. They all jumped through the trapdoor.
"Ahh"
 Roxy gasps as she lands on some mushy black ropelike vines.
"Whoa. Lucky this plant-thing is here, really" said Ron
"Whoa" exclaimed Harry as the plant began to move towards them. 
"Oh. Ahh". The plant tied them up. Mary suddenly remembered something Neville had told her, this was Devil's Snare, she had to relax. She did so and slipped down underneath it.
"Mary, where are you" called Harry
"Stop moving, all three of you. This is Devil's Snare. You have to relax. If you don't, it will only kill you faster" said Hermione
"Kill us faster?! Oh, now I can relax" said Ron
Hermione managed a smile as she was sucked down below.
"Hermione" screamed the boys. Roxy meanwhile was being sucked down too.
"Now what are we gonna do" asked Ron
"Just relax" shouted all the girls
"Guys! Where are you" called Harry
"Do what I say" shouted Hermione
"Trust me" said Mary.
Harry relaxed and was sucked through.
"Ahh! Harry" screamed Ron.
Harry fell through and landed on the hard ground. The girls went over to him and he stood up.
"Harry" shouted Ron
"Are you okay" asked Mary
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine" said Harry.
"Help" shouted Ron
"He's not relaxing, is he" asked Roxy
"Apparently not" said Harry
"Help! Help me" cried Ron
"We've got to do something" said Roxy
"What" asked Harry
"Uh! I remember reading something in Herbology" said Hermione
"Help"
"Um Devil's Snare, Devil's Scare, it's deadly fun...but will sulk in the sun! That's it! Devil's Snare hates sunlight! Lumus Solem" shouted Hermione.
The Snare shrieked and recoiled. Ron fell below.
"Ahhh"
"Ron, are you okay" asked Roxy
"Yeah" Ron replied
"Okay" said Roxy
"Whew. Lucky we didn't panic" said Ron. The other four glare at him.
"Lucky Hermione pays attention in Herbology" said Mary.
There was a high-pitched, buzzing sound.
"What is that" asked Roxy
"I don't know. Sounds like wings" said Harry.
They entered a room filled with golden "birds."
"Curious. I've never seen birds like these" said Hermione
"They're not birds, they're keys. And I'll bet one of them fits that door" said Harry, pointing across the room to a door. They came upon a broomstick, suspended in the air.
"What's this all about" asked Hermione
"I don't know. Strange" said Mary.
Ron crept over to the door and took out his wand.
"Alohomora! Well, it was worth a try" said Ron
"Ugh! What're we going to do? There must be 1000 keys up there" said Hermione.
"We're looking for a big old fashioned one. Probably rusty like the handle" said Roxy
"There! I see it! The one with the broken wing" said Harry. He looked at the broom.
"What's wrong, Harry" asked Hermione
"It's too simple" Mary answered for him.
"Oh, go on, Harry! If Snape can catch it on that old broomstick, you can! You're the youngest seeker in a century" said Ron
Harry nodded and grabbed the broom. All the keys suddenly went it one direction, right at Harry. He climbed on, swiping at them.
"This complicates things a bit" stated Roxy.
Harry pushed off into the air. He flew off, after the key. The others followed him. After turning a full loop the loop, Harry grabbed the key.
"Catch the key" shouted Harry
He zoomed by and threw the key to Mary, who caught it with ease and headed for the lock while Harry distracted the other keys. Mary put it in the lock.
"Hurry up" shouted Ron.
The door opened, and Hermione, Ron, Roxy and Mary rushed through, followed by Harry. They shut the door just as the keys slamed up against it.
