Chapter 12

I heard shuffling from the outside of my room,i slowly opened my eyes,i sat up from my bed feeling the emptiness besides me,"y/n breakfast is ready"mrs.grose said from the outside,"okay"i respond and got up from my bed,walking towards the bathroom.I took a quick shower and got ready,after finishing up i walked out of my room and got into the dining table.

"hey everyone"i greeted and sat besides maria.

I looked over at her and saw terror on her face,that made me grin in happiness,i looked back at the breakfast and took two pieces of pancake,i then put it on my plate.I started munching on my food,"this is delicious"i complimented,i took another piece and added maple syrup.

"don't eat your food quickly"miles warned.

I rolled my eyes and ignored what he said,i continued on eating my food,leaving crumbs all over the table,i looked over at maria once more"you're not eating"she snapped back and slowly tilted her head over at me "i-i don't have the apetite anymore"she said and shoved her plate away.I furrowed my eyebrow at her action"that's rude,mrs.grose made this for us and you just shoved it away"i yelled,she looked at me with fear in her eyes and gulped,she then grabbed back her plate to it's original place,she ate her food with trembling hands,"are you okay"i said and she just nervously nodded in response.

"done"i said and sat up from my chair,i took my plate and placed it in the sink,i left the room and walked out the manor,i explored the outdoor.This is relaxing,i felt the cool breeze as it hit my skin,my hair going with the flow as the wind got blowed,i sighed in relaxation,i took the strand of my hair and tucked it in my ears,stopping it from being messy.

"why are you here it's super cold"

I jumped out of surprise,i looked back and saw miles,i gave him a smile"too many shit going inside i needed to escape it"i said,he hummed in response and walked closer to me,"how'd you know that i was killing people"i asked while looking at the sky,"i was there,you just don't know it"he answered,"oh,no wonder i always this feeling that someone was looking at me"i said my eyes still glued to the sky,he didn't answer,he just stood there also enjoying the scenery.I felt shivers down my spine as the wind got colder,he noticed me and gave me his jacket,i grabbed it and felt the warmnest as i slid my arms into the sleeves,"thank you"i mumbled,he nodded "let's go back it's cold in here"he grabbed my arm and led me inside.

We were met with an anxious maria and a terrified kate,we walked over to them hand in hand,"what's going on?"i asked innocently,maria glared at me and i just ignored her.

"We are all going to talk about the 'incident'"mrs.grose implied the word incident as a reminder of what they did.

"I am sorry i shouldn't have accused you on what happened to maria"kate pleaded with shaky hands.

I looked over at maria waiting for her apologize but she just sat there avoiding my gaze,"what about you maria?"mrs.grose said,her arm crossed as she glared at her.

"it's okay if you don't want to"i said in a pitiful voice.I looked down and pretended to be sad.

Kate nudged maria's shpulder,she rolled her eyes and crossed her arm "i am sorry y/n"she said in a sarcastic tone,mrs.grose's eyes widend as maria said those words,she walked over at her and slapped her in the face.Her hands bacame shaky as she touched her now swollen cheek,"is that how you apologize to people"mrs.grose scolded,she shook her head "no.."she said in a low voice.

"I bet you're fucking enjoying this"miles whisphered.

I smiled at his comment"maybe i am".

He just smiled in return and payed his attention back to maria,"y/n i am really sorry"her voice broke as she held back her tears.I smiled and walked over at her,i put a hand on her shoulder "it's okay everybody makes mistakes but it just so happend that you made one to many"i commented,she looked at me with shock in her eyes,i looked down at her hand and saw it forming into a fist,i grinned and looked her straight in the eyes"don't you think that hurting me is going to make everything worst"i whisphered but loud enough to hear.

Her fist slowly loosen,i pinched her cheek"that's a good girl"i said and walked back to miles.

"What was that all about"he asked,i ignored his question.

He rolled his eyes and grabbed my hands,he gave it a light squeez"i am fucking talking to you"his voice full of toxicness,i was about to talk when mrs.grose interrupted us.

"what will we do about them"she asked,her hands still crossed.

I shrugged my shoulder"i don't know,i mean i forgave them,i'll let miles handle this situation"i said and walked away to my room.

I went over my vanity and stared at myself,"hmm guess i should have cleaned my face earlier"i mumbled to myself.

"Y/n i have delt with her"i looked at the mirror and saw quint at the back.

"What did you do to her"i asked,still looking at the mirror.

"Well i killed her soul nothing special"he aswered.

I raised my eyebrow and looked at him with disbelief "did you really just do that".

He nodded hesitantly,"well i-uh asked someone for help".

I slammed my hands against the table and looked him dead in the eyes "what the fuck did you just say!?"i yelled.

His eyes avoided mine,i rolled my eyes as i started walking rowards him,"who did you get help?"i said still walking closer to him.

He gulped "well-uh-i asked miles"i gave him a death stare as i punched the wall behind him.

"You are the fucking worst ghost i had and the others we're way better that you,you're such a fuck up why did i even helped you to live like a ghost,god i wish i should have revived someone else"i yelled.

He gave me a pitiful eyes"i am really sorry y/n i just didn't know how to kill her,i was wandering looking for you but miles asked me to help you i couldn't resist cause i know both of you can kill and revive someone as a ghost"he explained.

I scoffed "if you knew that then you should have thought that before screwing with me"i pinched the bridge of my nose and sighed in frustration."I gave you many fucking chance but what did you do?you fuck it up once again"i gave him a stern look and gestured him to leave,he nodded and left.

I walked out of the room,i need to talk to him afterall,i said to myself and wandered of the halls looking for him.
