 Emma's POV

Emma decided since she couldn't sleep and it was already morning that she would go downstairs and make breakfast for Regina as a thank-you for letting her and Megan stay the night. When she got to the kitchen she picked up her phone and put on some music while she cooked breakfast. While she was making breakfast she was dancing and singing to the music that was playing in the background.

Regina's POV

When Regina woke up this morning she woke to the smell of food being cooked. When she got out of her bed she put on her black silk robe and went downstairs, when she got to the kitchen she was met by a beautiful sight. She leaned on the kitchen door frame and saw Emma dancing and singing while cooking in a t-shirt and shorts the brunette couldn't control her laugh while she watched the blonde sing and dance ridiculously.

"You always had good dance moves I'm happy somethings never change" the brunette said with a chuckle still leaning on the door frame. When Emma turn around she laughed "well Regina I've always had really good dance moves and that's never gonna change." She said and then went back to making breakfast. "Oh I made coffee by the way and I'm making omelets for breakfast" Emma told Regina while she was focused on making sure she didn't burn the bacon she was making also making.

"Emma you didn't have to make me breakfast just because I let you stay the night" Regina said while moving to the cupboard to get a coffee cup. "I know but I couldn't sleep last night and I figured since I was awake I might as well make breakfast." The blonde said while putting an omelet and bacon on a plate. "Your breakfast is done. I hope you still like my omelets, I haven't made them in a while" she said.

"Emma" Regina said in a soft voice. She knew there was something wrong with Emma, ever since Regina can remember the blonde hasn't been an early riser. An she knew there was something wrong with her last night. "Emma you know you can talk to me right? I know it's been awhile but I will always be there for you. So what's wrong because I haven't seen you like this in years. I'm here for you Em."

"Okay but what I tell you stay's between us nobody can know, at least not right now, not until I figure out what I'm going to do." Emma replies in a serious tone . While she turns off the stove and turns around to face Regina. "Okay Em I promise."

"Well last night when I got that call from the station it said someone needed to speak with me and they would only talk to me and no one else. So that's why I left but when I got to the station I saw this blonde woman maybe in her early to mid-twenties in my office. When I asked her what she was doing in my office... She told me she was looking for me, when I asked her why she said it was because she's my sister." Emma said thinking back to last night and how she couldn't lie her and the girl looked alike. So she wouldn't be shocked if it's the truth but it doesn't make her feel any better.

Regina was just trying to process everything Emma's hardly ever talked about her birth family before or even mentioned if she wanted to look for them, or get to know them. She would only talk about them when she would ask why her birth parents gave her up. "Em I don't know what to say, are you okay? I know you used to think about your parents a lot and wondered why the gave you up. But now to find out you have a sister that's a whole different story." Regina said in a caring voice while moving closer to Emma.

"You know I have no idea what I feel right now. I know that I'm pissed off, after almost 3 decades of them not wanting me or caring about me my 'sister' just shows up. Saying my birth father is dead and her and my 'mother' have been looking for me for months. I really don't know what I'm suppose to do either." The brunette could tell Emma was getting stressed so she walked up to Emma and wrapped her in a huge with rubbing soothing circles on her back.
