Y/n POV

I've realized I have been working too hard, too hard for my own health. I almost blacked out twice and now I'm scared, I can't handle this much stress, especially when Lucy isn't paying her half of the rent, I really need someone to talk with all of this I have to carry on my shoulders.

And right on time, Tk walked behind the counter seeing me on the floor. Our eyes met.

He walked over to me, sitting beside me.

I wasn't aware I was crying till he wiped away my tears with his thumb.

"Hey, you okay?" He asked me, rubbing circles on my shoulder with his thumb to soothe me.

"Y-Yeah...I guess.." I said. He frowned a little bit at me.

"Are you okay?" He said more strictly, I can tell he's avoiding my limit.

I sighed. "No..n-no, I..I can't support myself unless I push harder" i admitted. I choked a little bit on air, and then I ran my fingers through my tuff, exhaling heavily.

"Dude, what's making you struggle so hard?" He tilted his head curiously.

"Lucy...its Lucy..I cant support the both of us if she doesn't pay her half of the rent, but I can't kick her out...plus she cleans up our apartment when I'm at work so she's somewhat helpful" I explained as simply as possible.

"Oh wow, if I was you I would tell her to pay up or get out, because in the end both of you guys will end up on the street if she doesn't pay up, so its either now or never" he pat my head.

I nuzzle into his touch.

He began to rub my head, than scratching it.

His Snickers got my attention, I slap his hand away, making him chuckle

"Ye jerk" I rolled my eyes.

"I'm your one and only jerk" he chuckles some more.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, whatever" I got up, giving Tk a hand, and he grabbed it.

"We've got a lot of customers today. Let's get started, mk?" He said.

I nodded happily to have someone like him by my side!
