EVELYN'S POV

"Evelyn!" I looked up to see my boyfriend who had just come back from work.

"I want you to meet my sister at dinner tomorrow!" "I- why?" "What do you mean?" "I mean we've only been dating for 2 months." I said quite confused because of the story's I've heard about her. "Don't worry Evelyn you'll be fine she's really nice." "She's trains soldiers in the special forces..." "she's really nice! She just doesn't really like humans... but you'll we fine!" Christopher said. "Great..."

TIME SKIP TO THE NEXT NIGHT

"We're 10 minutes early Christopher!" I said trying to keep up with him. "You don't know my sister!" He said practically running now. I bump into him when he stops in his tracks, "what the hell chri-" I look up at the table to see a woman sitting reading a book, god she was beautiful- wait what Evelyn stop.

"Chris!" The woman stood up walking over us. "Y/n!" He jumped into his sisters arms hugging her. "Christopher don't be rude, introduce me, have some manners." I chuckled under my breath at that, he never lets anybody talk to him that way. "Right! This is Evelyn my girlfriend, Evelyn this is my big sister, Y/n" "it's very nice to meet you" the woman said with a smile sticking out her hand. "I- it's my pleasure" I said shaking her hand.

The whole evening I couldn't stop staring at her. How she talked, how she smiled she was just perfect. Christopher on the other hand was flat out drunk. "Let's go home and get down darling!" He said wrapping his arms around my waist and kissing my neck making me uncomfortable.
"Yeah I don't think so get of the poor woman!" Y/n said slapping her brother in the back of the head. "I'll drive you home."

"I'm sorry for my brothers behaviour." Y/n apologised when we where driving to my house. "Its ok! Truly" I said. "Its not your fault."

"I don't intend to be a bad sister but you should break up with my brother." I looked at her in shock. I intended to break up with him in the first place but still.

"What makes you say that?" I questioned. "He doesn't deserve you! I don't understand how he got you in the first place! Your so kind and funny and gorgeous!" I looked at her in shock.

"I- I'm sorry." She stuttered still in shock with herself. The whole car ride was silent. I didn't have the guts to say anything I just sat there like an idiot. "You should come in." I said standing in front of my appartement block door. "I shouldn't.." she said looking down at her hands. "I insist." I said determined.

"Again I'm really sorry for what I said." She said sitting down in my sofa. "Its ok." I said sitting down next to her. I got lost in her eyes and before I knew it I couldn't control the bubbling urge to kiss her anymore and gently kissed her. She kissed me back and for the first time in forever I felt in love.
