"Oh come on y/n!!" My friend, Lili, begged. "No! I'm not going out to bar with a bunch of people I don't know to see some college students get drunk and then suck eachothers heads off!" Lili opened her mouth to say something, contradict probably, but I wasn't finished.

"And I'm not driving an hour and 18 minutes for it!!" "Oh please just do it, for me! You're wayyy to stuck up! And it's just from Oxford to London!" She pleated. "What are you even going to do?!? Get drunk, fuck a theater student, be to hungover to drive back the next day and then miss all of your Monday classes?!?" "Yes!!!" She yelled. "It's the whole college experience and your missing it!" "No im not going!" "Yes you are!"

"No!"

I smashed my head into the car window over and over again, "Stop being a pussy it ill be fun!" Lili said while driving. "Im not even gonna talk to anyone." I repeated after i already said it 3 times. "Oh my god have some faith y/n!"

2 HOURS LATER IN A BAR IN LONDON

It had only been an hour after we arrived and it was fair to say I already wanted to kill myself. I was reading a book when I looked up and noticed everyone was crowding around someone. Intrigued, closed my book and walked over there.

There was a very beautiful woman sitting on a bar stool taking with her mouth closed, she had puffed her cheeks up with air making her look rather ridiculous. That's when a thought hit me. 'I can do that!'

So in a very uncharacteristic moment of confidence I said, with my mouth closed and unlike the woman without my cheeks full of air, "your ventriloquism's pretty shit."

People turned around to face me and stepped away from me making a circle with only me and the woman in it. "You think you can do it better?" She asked, amused, crossing her arms. I looked at her with a straight face and my mouth closed and said: "yes." She looked at me surprised. "Fair enough, that's impressive." she smiled. "Hayley." she said standing up from her seat and reaching her hand out to me. I shook her hand. "Y/N."

I woke up in a bed I had never seen before  and I felt an arm around my waist. I rolled over to see Hayley. I took my phone off of the nightstand to check the time, 10:45. My head was throbbing and most of last night was a blur.

Lili's never going to let me live this down.
