"Alexander, I got the latest newspaper!" Eliza said, walking in Alexander's office.
Alex smiled tiredly, taking the paper and skimming through it.
"Thomas Jefferson's coming home..." He told his wife.
"Thomas Jefferson's coming home," John repeated absent-mindedly, as he had just entered the room and was reading through the paper.
"Thomas Jefferson's coming home," Eliza repeated.
Alexander grabbed a quill. "Lord, he's been in Paris for so long..." He muttered.
Eliza kissed him on the head. "I need to go check on Alexander Jr.," she smiled.
"Okay, love you..."
