(I recommend reading slowly, you can miss a lot when you scan through.)

The outside air was cool and peaceful as the last moving truck drove out of sight.

The whole town seemed to be quiet.

Nightmare huffed picking up a small box filled with paper stars he had made over the years.

There was no reason to why so many were kept over the years, but Nightmare didn't care.

Without sparing a glance to the neighboring houses, Nightmare went up the houses steps to empty the box of stars in his room.

Nightmare eyes hardened at the doorknob as he opened it with one hand the other gripping the box.

Without hesitation, Nightmare walked right in and closed the door with his foot.

Frowning a bit, Nightmare made his way over to the stairs, up them, turning right, than entering his new room.

Glass jars were scattered all over his bed. Nightmare had just bought these jars and wanted to use them.

Nightmare set the box down on his bed lightly before plopping himself onto the bed right next to it.

The whole town had a strange vibe to it that Nightmare couldn't explain.

It just felt off.

Nightmare reached in his pocket pulling out a small sharpie.
Nightmare had always kept his stars in shoe boxing and random bags.

Picking up a jar at random, Nightmare then wrote the words "My Stars" on the lid of the jar.

Once finished, Nightmare undid the lid and took handfuls of stars from the box and carefully pushed them into the jar.

When the jar was filled full Nightmare put the lid back on, got up, went to his desk and set the jar neatly next to another row of jars.

Nightmare repeated this over and over until the stars were no more and all had jars.

Maybe if Nightmare lost room for them he'd get a board and glue the stars onto it for show.

Placing himself back onto his bed, Nightmare took a strip of yellow paper that had been on the desk and made another star to fill the last jar with.

Nightmare was in deep construction as he worked quietly that he didn't realize his brother was standing in the doorway.

"Nightmare?"

Dream glanced at the desk covered with jars and sighed before smiling to Nightmare getting a little closer to his brother.

"Can you come with me to the high school?" Dream asks without a care in the world.

Nightmare tilts his head but doesn't look up from his craft.

"Why do I have to go with you?"
Nightmare questions putting another star in the jar next to him.

Dream rolled his eyes playfully as he walked right in front of Nightmare.

"We need to pick up our uniforms for school tomorrow, we also have to take photos for our student I.Ds."
Dream says obviously happy about the fact they get to go to school the next day.

Nightmare set the last star that would fit in the jar down aside him.

"Do I have to go?" Nightmare asks unhappy with the idea.

"Yes! Think of the bright side, we will get a few glances of the school. Maybe they can give us a tour, so we know we're everything is! Oo! Oo! And maybe we can meet new people on our way there! That would be amazing!"
Dream started rambling.
