"I... don't really live here. I just come back once in a while to check things out. It just so happens that I'm currently on vacation at the moment. I'd want to meet and get to know the wife of my closest friend," Nicole said, a grin on her face. 

 Closest friend? What did Henry think when he didn't inform his closest buddy about this one? He often spoke exclusively about Alan, Leo, and the other members of the group. Sophie began to feel restless as well. Despite this, she kept a grin on her small lips throughout the day.

"Can you tell me where Ms.Nicole lives?"

"Petaling Jaya is where I now reside. We used to live close to one another. However, we seldom met after he returned to here."

" Oh... " says Sophie.

Things began to calm down once again. Each seemed to be at a loss for what to say. Mrs.Ruby arrived, a tray of beverages in her hand, and she introduced herself. Mrs.Ruby's presence made Sophie feel a bit more comfortable. However, the sensation lasted just a short period. Following the housemaid's return to the kitchen, she went back to being quiet. Ah. What does she have to say to avoid being accused of being haughty by this stunning beauty?

"Henry."

"I." They both began chatting at the same time. When they realized they were attempting to talk, they took a minute to collect themselves. They exchanged a friendly grin at that point.

"First and foremost, Ms. Nicole."

"No... no. I'll go to you first." After that, they grinned once more. The tension in each other's hearts began to subside a little bit as a result.

"Hmmm... did Henry know that Ms. Nicole had returned to this location for a vacation?"

" Emmm... he's aware of our meeting yesterday. My last communication with him was a long time ago. Your marriage nearly four-months right?" and Sophie responded without hesitation. It seemed like Nicole would say something to her since her tone sounded like she was about to tell her something. Sophie had the impression that Nicole was attempting to communicate something implicitly. Her heart was becoming more enraged.

"In actuality, Miss Sophie, I'm not sure. I believe I'd best be honest. It is preferable to go right to the point. I don't want to continue to be hidden any longer," Nicole remarked after they had been unable to talk for a time. Sophie's heart was becoming more enraged.

"Can you tell me what Ms.Nicole means?"

"Me and Henry are really having intimate relations... we are lovers... while... Ms. Sophie is getting married to him."

Sophie was deafeningly quiet as if she had been electrocuted. When she heard the girl's remarks in front of her, she swallowed the saliva in her mouth. Her body shook as she spoke. What information did the young lady in front of her want to share with her? Sophie glanced at Nicole with a slew of question marks on her face. I'm looking at her beautiful face with a thousand incomprehensible emotions running through my head. Sophie's expression changed, and Nicole was able to notice this shift. And she did not want to hide behind the beautiful words that had wounded her heart any longer.

"Henry... was held accountable by her father and married Ms. Sophie after the event occurred when he was with you that night. At first, he was adamant about not doing so. However, after being offered the biggest possible stake in his father's business, he accepted." Nicole's gaze was drawn to Sophie's features. That is correct; she needed to add a bit to this tale to persuade Sophie of this truth.

"In exchange for giving him three or four months, he vowed to come back to me after his father had officially given the property to him. He also assured me that he would make you fall in love with him, which I believed. He doesn't want you to do anything, so don't bother. Our relationship has been rekindled. And suppose you can't tolerate his demeanor. In that case, he wants you to file for divorce so that Henry will not put the responsibility on his shoulders. As a result, his father's property will not be taken away from him". Nicole's gaze remained fixed on Sophie's pallid face for the rest of the episode.

On the gentle face, there was a visible expression of worry that gradually transformed into sorrow. Sophie took a close look at the beautiful girl's features. Sophie's fingers shook as he covered her lips with her index and middle fingers to conceal the irritation she was experiencing at the time. Nicole could tell that Sophie was hurting. Allow her to feel as wounded as I had been yesterday. Says Nicole in her heart.

"I... only hope... that Ms. Sophie will be prepared for the circumstances. At the very least, the agony you will experience afterwards will not be as severe," Nicole said, a sarcastic tone in her voice. It brought joy to her heart to see Sophie's face, which was becoming more swollen.

" I believe there is nothing I want... to say again... Believe me when I say that the sooner Ms. Sophie is aware of the situation, the better. At the very least, Ms. Sophie will be prepared when he comes later." Sophie stayed deafeningly quiet. She chewed her lower lip as she struggled with an inexplicable sensation. Is Henry's beautiful wife suffering from a broken heart? How does she truly feel at the moment?

"I suppose... well, I'm going now," Nicole remarked as she rose from her seat. Sophie sat still on the couch, her gaze fixed on something far off in the distance. Her thoughts were as vacant as they had always been. Nicole took a step back to exit. Her efforts came to a complete halt all of a sudden.

"Oh, yeah, there's one more. Our connection is really more than just a typical romantic partnership. In the event that I had known beforehand, I could have tied him up if I had been pregnant at the time; of course, I would have been pregnant with his kid for quite some time at that point. For the time being, if I return to this location, I intend to spend the night at his condominium. I even had the key to the apartment in my possession." For a brief while, the atmosphere in the living room of the luxurious home turned deafeningly silent.

"I was the first to go. Thank you for your time to listen to my confession..." Nicole added once more before getting up and walking away. And with those comments, Nicole walked away from Sophie, who remained deafeningly quiet. Nicole's heart has been filled. At the very least, she didn't tell any lies. Every word that has been stated is accurate, and it came directly from Henry's lips approximately four months ago. It's that she isn't required to tell her all she knows about him. She was under no obligation to share what Henry had said to her the day before. Nicole's heart is thoroughly pleased.
