Chapter 10

Wilhelm had left by this point and was home safely, he texted Simon telling him he made it home and that he was going to bed since it was late at night.

The next day after being done at the dentist, Simon went home and Wilhelm was picking him up, but it had been hours and he was starting to get worried. later his mom got the text, it stated:

Malin: Hi Linda, we have some bad news, and would appreciate if you would tell Simon.

Linda: Yes, what's the news, is Wilhelm not coming?

Malin: No he is not coming, Wilhelm has been in an accident, he's in hospital I know Wilhelm would want him to come see him 

Linda: Is he okay, Is he awake?

Malin: He is currently in a coma, we won't know if there's any brain damage until he wakes up.

Linda: Alright we are on our way. 

Linda walked over to Simon, knowing the reaction that was about to come out of him, 

Simon looks over at his mom he was already worried about him 'You know something.' he says 'Tell me' he says upset 

She breathes 'Simon, He's been in an accident, he's at the hospital right now, and he is in a coma' she says 

He broke down 'No, no your lying momma your lying' he says 

Linda shakes her head 'No sweetheart I would never lie about something like this' she says 

Simon took a deep breath as tears filled his eyes 'I need to go see him.' he says 'Please' 

His mom nods 'Of course sweet heart lets go' she says

Simon got his things on, his mom and him headed out the door getting into the car as they drove to the hospital, he was trying to stay calm but couldn't knowing the love of his life was In a hospital bed in a coma.

His mom got them there quickly, they both walked inside as they asked for the room number saying they were family.

'207' The nurse says 

Simon ran up going over to where Malin was and looks into the room, he felt hot tears fall down his cheeks and breathes 'How long ago did he get here?' 

'About 2 hours ago, he was in surgery to repair everything that was hurt' she says 

he nods watching Wilhelm, he stayed outside until his parents left the room 'You shouldn't be here.' his mother stated 'If he hadn't gone to see you this never would have happened.' she says as the father pulled her away. Simon slowly walked into the room sitting down on the chair.

Wilhelm laid their unconscious, no movement or anything he looked dead but at the same time he looked very alive.' 

Simon breathes and held his hand 'Maybe your moms right..' he says 'I mean it was stormy out I shouldn't have asked you to come today' he told him as he cried onto the bed "I'm so sorry Wilhelm.. I am so so sorry' 

He sat there for about an hour before walking out and his parents walked back in, he sits down in the waiting room putting his head in his hands, he felt terrible even though he didn't do anything wrong, he just hoped Wilhelm could wake up so he could say sorry.

After a couple of days Simon was able to Bring himself to Wilhelm's room, after not being able to go into it for the last few days, he was talking to him and holding his hand until he felt a squeeze 'Wilhelm?' he asks in a tired voice
