Chapter 9: The Blood Bath

It was 11 in the morning, and Daniel, Anastasia, and Elizabeth were getting ready to go to the orphanage. They were ready and they had guns with them. The plan was to talk to them but if they try anything wrong then they will attack. Alex and Mr. Mustang didn't know that they were coming and they were peacefully enjoying their time. Daniel reached the orphanage with Anastasia and Elizabeth. Daniel rang the bell twice. Mr. Mustang as usual came to open the door and was shocked after seeing Daniel after many years. Mr. Mustang hugged Daniel and was so happy after seeing him. 

Mr. Mustang: Dan time has passed. I heard the news that you are a billionaire. I knew my boy would do something big.

Daniel: Can I see Alex?

Mr. Mustang: How did you know that Alex is here and why are these girls here with you?

Daniel: Who?

Mr. Mustang: The Miracle and that investigator.

Daniel: They are my friends.

Mr. Mustang: Elizabeth you know the truth and now you all will bow to The Devil.

Daniel: What? I know the truth and we are here to talk.

Anastasia: Who is the Devil?

Alex heard some noise and he came to the door. He saw her sister and approached her to hug but Anastasia stepped back. Alex knew why is she doing that.

Alex: What happened Ana?

Anastasia: Don't come near me. You asshole.

Alex: Don't abuse I'll tell Mom and Dad. (Laughing)

Anastasia: You killed them, bastard. I will kill you.

Daniel stopped Anastasia and Alex called the people from inside who was on Alex's team.

Alex: Tie them up!

Daniel took out his gun and pointed it at Alex's head. Alex laughed.

Alex: Will you kill the Devil with this? (Laughing)

Alex's People approached Daniel, Anastasia, and Elizabeth but they took out their guns and started shooting the people and took cover. The people also had guns and a shooting battle started. Mr. Mustang and Alex also took cover. Alex was also a mortal until he changed into the Devil. He couldn't change into a Devil form because he needed blood to do it. The fight was going on and suddenly Daniel got shot in the arm. The Police officer approached which was on Alex's side he was about to kill Daniel but Anastasia shot the Officer in the head. Mr. Mustang shot Elizabeth in the leg and took her to the orphanage. Daniel and Anastasia couldn't save her.

Daniel: Let's go we are out of ammo.

Anastasia: We can't leave Elizabeth.

Daniel: We will come again and rescue her.

Anastasia: What if they kill her?

Daniel: They won't. They want us and they will not harm her. We will get her and we will come back strong. Trust me.

Daniel and Anastasia were running towards the car but suddenly Daniel got shot in the leg. He was already shot in the arm. Alex's People were chasing them and Daniel couldn't move.

Daniel: Leave Ana.

Anastasia: I won't leave without you.

Daniel: I said leave and I have a friend called Nolan. His number is on my Phone list. 

Anastasia: But...

Daniel: Run Ana!!!

Daniel gave Anastasia his phone and Anastasia ran to the car and went back to Daniel's house. Alex's People grabbed Daniel and tied him with Elizabeth. Daniel and Elizabeth fainted. Anastasia went back to the house and checked the phone. She found the Contact Number named Nolan. She called him instantly and told him everything that has happened. Anastasia asked him to come right now and help her with this. Nolan reached there as soon as he could. Nolan knocked on the door and Anastasia opened the door. Nolan looked like in his late '20s and had long brown hair and was wearing a chain in his hand. He was looking like a thug.

Nolan: Hello!

Anastasia: yes hello.

Nolan: Is Daniel your Boyfriend?

Anastasia: I called you here for help.

Nolan: Tell me what happened.

Anastasia: I told you everything on the phone.

Nolan: Oh yes.

Anastasia: It's a long story but the thing is we have to save them.

Nolan: Look I know but we cannot go right now. The people who did this would know that we will come soon. We should wait for some days and go there with a plan.

Anastasia: What if they kill Dan?

Nolan: They won't. If there is a gang that did this they will regret doing this. I have a gang and our gang is the head of all the other gangs in this area.

Anastasia: The people who did this were not in a gang. 

Nolan: How can you say this?

Anastasia: I just know.

Nolan: Look tell me the whole story girl so I can figure out what is going on.

Anastasia and Nolan sat down and Anastasia Started telling Nolan everything that has happened to them since the beginning.  On the other side, Elizabeth and Daniel woke up and saw that they were tied but they were bandaged where they got shot. 

Elizabeth: Where is Ana?

Daniel: I told her to run away. She will come with more people and save us.

Elizabeth: What if they kill us?

Daniel: They will not. They want Ana.

Elizabeth: How do you know that?

Daniel: I think because Alex always tortured Anastasia but never killed her but He killed his parents. There is something special about Anastasia.

Elizabeth: Maybe there is something Anastasia is not telling us.

Daniel: She told us everything.

Elizabeth: You don't know it.

Daniel: But why she will hide something from us?

Elizabeth: Maybe it's better for us and we don't even know if she is hiding something or not.

Daniel: Yes.

Daniel and Elizabeth were sitting there and were hopefully waiting for Anastasia. Anastasia told everything to Nolan.

Nolan: Are you sure that The Blood Master or anything like that is true?

Anastasia: Yes.

Nolan: Look if that's the case I should call every gang and ask them for help.

Anastasia: When we will go there?

Nolan: We don't know that for sure but we will go there as soon as possible.

On the other side, Daniel and Elizabeth were trying to sleep there while sitting. Many people were killed in the battle. The question is that. Is Anastasia hiding something? Does she even know whether she is special or not? Is Anastasia even special? what is special about her?
