Third Person POV

They got back to the van only to notice there was a helicopter following them.

Zoë said as the drove "Mercenaries."

"There!" Luna yelled as she pointed to a carp parking lot "That parking lot."

"We'll be trapped." Zoë warned.

Luna shook her head. "Trust me."

"Zoë we have no other option just DO IT!" Phoebe screeched.

Zoë shot the van across two lanes of traffic and entered the off ramp of the parking lot. When they parked, the legacy of wine and madness saw it was for an underground subway system.

The helicopter was still following them as they ran into the subways system.

"Let's go south." Grover said "Alexandria."

"Five tickets too Alexandria!" Jada said to the ticket booth person, and was able to get the tickets. The person blinked confused but did as asked.

Within the next five minutes they where alone on a southbound train to Alexandria.

When the train came above ground the saw the helicopter hovering over the car park but it wasn't following them.

"Good job Luna." Grover said wiping the sweat off of his forehead "Thinking up of this parking lot."

Luna looked pleased at the praise "Thanks. My grandfather Apollo's ichor blesses me with the ability to see visions of the future."

Grover frowned. "Like the oracle?"

"Sort of like that." Luna said cryptically.

"Luna," the legacy of wisdom said slowly "can you tell if a prophecy is fake or not..." she never got to ask the question because the train flipped.

"Grab my hands! Form a circle!" Jada yelled pulling Luna close to her.

The others did as she ordered and she took in a deep breath, and they vanished.

The reappeared at what seemed to be the end of the line, collapsing onto the ground.

Unfortunately Elektra had Fire Teleported them to an industrial area that was currently serving as the end of the line while the official end of the line underwent renovations.

There was nothing there but warehouses and railway tracks.

And snow. Lots of snow. It was much colder now.

Since it was cold, Jada's delegated stamina started to slowly rebuild, and Luna scrambled to give her some nectar.

"What was that?" Grover said.

"Fire Teleporting." Jada said "Ability for children of Hestia. But since I am the first I don't know if it is just me or for any other future ones."

Once more, Zoë and Phoebe exchanged glances as they learned another new fact about the green eyed girl. Maybe she would be a good hunter?

Luna and Grover helped Jada to her feet and they began to wander around.

Jada and Luna exchanged silent glances and they put warming charms on Zoë, Grover, and Phoebe before Jada cast one onto Luna.

She didn't cast one for herself since she was immune to freezing subzero temperatures and the natural heat she radiated.

They wandered through the railway yard, thinking there might be a passenger train somewhere, but there were just rows and rows of freight cars, most of which were covered in snow, like they hadn't been moved in years.

A homeless man was standing at a trash-can fire. They must have looked pretty pathetic, because he gave them a toothless grin and said, "Y'all need to get warmed up? Come on over!"

"Maybe we should contact camp," Luna said. "Chiron..."

"No," Zoë said. "They cannot help us anymore. We must finish this quest ourselves."

"You know," the homeless man said, "you're never completely without friends." His face was grimy and his beard tangled, but his expression seemed kindly. "You kids need a train going west?" he asked.

"Yes, sir," Jada said. "You know of any?"

The guy pointed one greasy hand to a freight train that had not been there before. It was gleaming and free of snow, one of those automobile-carrier trains, with steel mesh curtains and a triple-deck of cars inside. The side of the freight train said Sun West Lines.

"That's...convenient," Phoebe said. "Thanks, uh..."

She turned to the homeless guy, but he was gone. The trash can in front of them was cold and empty, as if he'd taken the flames with them.

An hour later, they were rumbling west. There was no problem about who would drive now, because everyone had their own luxury car.

Zoë and Phoebe were crashed out in a Lexus on the top deck. The other two girls didn't mind and Grover chose a nature friendly car he found to sleep in to give the girls some privacy.

Phoebe had hotwired the radio in a sleek, black Mercedes SLK to pick up the altrock stations in DC. Jada was quick to fall asleep in the backseat of a Range Rover with Luna at her side.

That is today's chapter I hope you enjoyed!
