Third Person POV
Jada hugged Asher for what could be the last time before the battle began. The titans had been seen marching to Manhattan, and the demigods fighting for
"I love you." the legacy of love whispered into the son of thieve's ear.
"I love you too." Asher whispered back before they had to let go of each other.
The battle of Manhattan, the last battle for the Second Titan War, the last battle which would decided either the Titans or Olympus would win, had begun.
Jada wanted to be with Asher on the Williamsburg Bridge.
But instead she was was sent with the other half of the Hermes Cabin lead by Travis Stoll to cover the Brooklyn Bridge and Asher was with the other half of the Hermes cabin. She understood why Percy sent her with them.
"Alright let's go! FOR OLYMPUS!" Travis yelled to his group.
Jada gripped her wand in one hand and one of her swords in her other hand. Her leather and Celestial Bronze armor armor was on her body, engraved with magic runes for extra protection.
Four years ago the Lightning Thief had happened because of Luke Castellan.
Three years Thalia's pine had been poisoned by Luke Castellan.
Two years ago she held almost died to save Artemis.
A year ago she had taken part in the Battle of the Labyrinth.
The war ended in this battle.
"FOR OLYMPUS!" the legacy of wine and madness yelled and the Hermes Cabin charged into battle.
For my family. Jada thought silently as she raised the familiar weight of her sword in her hand to destroy the monsters in her path.
Because I refuse to lose them. the legacy of wisdom thought. Because... because I can't lose them yet, not when we're going to change the Wizarding world.
Because united we stand, divided we fall. Jada thought as she twisted and dodged, years of fighting kicking as the battle raged around her, her swords a metallic blur as it cut down monster after monster and she cast spell after spell.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Years of fighting was the only thing that saved Jada from dying at the hands of a Drakon.
Her body had moved before she had even realized it, rolling and arms covering her neck as she quickly scrambled back to her feet.
The Drakon seemed focused on her so she continued to run and dodge, trying to make sure its attention stayed on her and not on her fellow demigods.
Jada raised her arms and summoned the skeleton of another dragon to fight it. The two began to duel asJada prepped her spell, which she had confirmed with the Hecate children loyal to Olympus, and this spell had the power to kill a Drakon.
"Θέλγω: Δοκοί παρακολούθησης του θανάτου!" the legacy of magic screamed.
Several beams of death appeared and shot towards the dragon, following it as it tried to avoid it. But the beams of death were able to slam into its eye and killed it.
"...Holy mother fucking shit that worked." Jada said stunned.
"YOU TOOK DOWN A MOTHER FUCKING DRAKON AND ALL YOU SAID 'THAT WORKED'!?" a daughter of Hermes screeched as she cut down a hellhound.
"Yeah I did!" Jada barked back as she twisted to send an overpowered blast of fire at a hellhound.
"MRS. O'LEARY IS THE ONLY GOOD HELLHOUND!" the green eyed witch declared getting cheers of agreement from the others.
Survival instincts kicked in, and the child of Jada leaped into battle once more, stabbing and hacking and killing any enemy, traitorous demigods and monsters alike.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jada was tackled by several monsters half way through the battle.
"You die here half blood!" a empousai hissed into her ear.
Jada snarled a stream of swear words back at the monster but what the empousai said next made her blood run cold.
"Your little friends and boyfriend are next!" the empousai cackled with glee.
No!
A scream built up in her throat, and a massive explosion of shadows erupted from her body launching away at the monsters.
"No." Jada panted as she got to her feet "Its you who die here today." and she mutely shot the killing curse at the empousai before massacring the rest of the monsters.
None of my family are dying today! the legacy of the moon thought. Over my dead body!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Jada ran up into the Empire State Building. Over the curse of the battle, she had gained several cuts, a broken leg(now healed but she still had a limp), an injured rib(now healed), and other wounds.
Bianca and Nico were in the makeshift infirmary. Nico had been injured and Bianca was defending the infirmary with a massive contingent of 999 skeletons and undead warriors.
Her father had showed up as well and that had turned the tide of the battle as well.
She had no idea if Evan was alive or not though.
Jada got into the elevator, pressed the button that would take her to the city of Olympus, and tapped her foot impatiently, tuning out the horrible music.
She raced to the Throne room and barely ducked a blast of time energy from Luke. She was not fortunate to duck the last one and Luke/Kronos began to choke hold her.
"You... promised..." Jada snarled as she clutched the knife.
"Promise?" a young Jada asked Luke.
Luke smiled as he gave her a knife he had made for her for Christmas. "I promise J. I'll be with you all the way."
Luke/Kronos's eyes turned blue. "He'll... take... over... soon... the knife..."
The footsteps outside got closer and Percy and Annabeth screeched to a stop as they saw the green eyed witch hand over the knife to Luke. Annabeth's eyes flickered with recognition when she saw the knife.
They all watched mutely as Luke stabbed himself in his weak spot, and they were there as he took his last breath.
"Jada?" Hestia said when the Olympians reached the door. "Percy? Annabeth?"
"We need shrouds." Percy's voice cracked. "For the Heroes of Olympus."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After the Twelve Olympians repaired the sky bridge, Jada and Asher were reunited and hugged.
The son of thieves had survived the battle of Manhattan.
Percy and Annabeth (FINALLY) got together and the sixteen year old child of the underworld went back to Hogwarts for her seventh and final year there once the term at Beauxbatons started with Asher.
The two had passed the French version of O.W.L.s last year anyways.
The year was going by quiet smoothly, until Annabeth IM'd her four months later near Christmas time that Percy, her favorite sea cousin, had gone missing in the middle of the night with no trace of him.
It was like he hadn't even been in his cabin.
And the child of fire was determined to find her cousin.
That is today's chapter, I hope you have all enjoyed it!
