Chapter 12

Izabellas Pov

Today was the day. My first day of school.

"Wakey wakey" a soft voice spoke while brushing their hand through my hair gently.

"You're just putting her back to sleep by doing that Lijah" Another voice spoke.

I groaned "Go away" before rolling over so my face is in the pillow.

"Bambina you have to get up now you have school today remember?" Elijah spoke sweetly.

I jolted up before ushering Elijah and Matteo out of my room so I can get ready.

I walked into my bathroom to take a long warm shower before putting on my uniform and curling my hair into a light wave.

Once I finished I made my way downstairs into the kitchen before saying a quick "thank you" to Adriano before eating the French Toast that he had made me.

"You ready to go?" Matteo asked.

"Mhm" I stood up from the stool placing my dishes in the sink I ran out of the room to grab my backpack before Luca, Matteo and I headed to the car.

"When we get there Luca will take you to the office to get your schedule alright?" Matteo spoke.

"Okay" I replied with a slight smile.

When we arrived at the school my jaw dropped. This place was beautiful. The exterior was a beautiful white with beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the hallways. There was a path leading up to the front doors surrounded by flowers and trees.

We all headed out of the car before Matteo gave me a quick hug and said "Have a great day kiddo" before running off to his friends.

"Are you ready?" Luca asked as we made our way into the school.

"I guess, but like will I even make friends? What happens if I dont, what if everyone hates me, what if-" Luca cut me off.

"You'll be fine trust me, If anyone gives you any trouble or anything just let me, Matteo or anyone of your other brothers know and we'll beat their as- I mean butts off" Luca spoke before rubbing my head.

"Luca! I just did my hair and you already have to mess it up!" I spoke to which Luca just chuckled in response.

When we finally entered the school building all eyes were on us. Luca didn't seem to mind almost like it was normal to him but I was definitely not used this, if you didn't already know I hate attention.

While we were walking through the hall everyone was whispering things like

"I bet she's Luca's new slut"
"Who's that?"
"What is that girl doing with Luca?"

Thankfully after that horrible walk we arrived at the office.

"Can I help you?" the secretary spoke rudely while staring at me.

"I uh" I stammered.

"We're here for her schedule" Luca spoke calmly.

"S-sorry, can I have a n-name?" The secretary spoke sounding scared.

Why would she be scared of Luca? He's like a big warm puppy. I don't see how anyone could be scared of him.

"Izabella Leone"

With her hands shaking she reached across her desk and grabbed a schedule before handing it to me.

I muttered a quick "thank you" before walking out of the office.
