Steve and DK walked next to each other in silence. Neither one could actually believe Scott was dead. They ignored their tasks in the office, not wanting to do them right now despite what Toast had ordered them to do.

"I just can't believe that Scott is dead," DK finally whispered. Steve rolled his eyes in pure annoyance. DK saw this and glared at him

"It's a game, DK. What does it matter?" Steve asked, confused as to why DK was getting so upset.

"Just because it's a game doesn't mean that Scott wasn't my friend! For all we know they're all real too! Honestly we should've just voted Koji out," DK said, already annoyed with Steve for not caring

"You tried to vote for Koji?" Steve asked, taken aback. He thought that the boys had been close but now he thought he was wrong.

"We should've," DK mumbled. Steve paused and his friend turned to look at him, unamused. "Let's go. We have to do tasks in O2," DK said. Steve shook his head.

"No, you have tasks in O2. I'm going to medbay," Steve said and started to walk away. DK grabbed his wrist, fear slipping into his voice as he spoke.

"If we split up then we might die!" DK said, Steve jerked away and glared at him

"Then hang out with someone else. I hope you're safe," Steve spat the last sentence out with venom and sarcasm. "And if you really wanted to kill Koji, then I don't know who you are,"

"Koji is my friend Steve, but Scott is dead. You can't expect me to just live with it," DK said, trying to defend himself. Steve just kept a steady glare on his supposed lover

"Go do your O2 tasks. I'll see you later," Steve said and stormed off. DK watched as his friend walked off. Peter watched as Steve stormed off and placed a hand on DKs shoulder

"You alright?" He asked. DK felt a sense of safety run through him before it faded away. He took a breath and sighed, nodding

"Yeah. I'm fine. Just a little upset," DK said and offered him a weak smile. "I'll be in O2 if you need me," he said and walked off.

He headed down to the oxygen room and walked into the water wheel room. He headed to do the far wheel.

Koji walked up, but seemed in a hurry. But they made a casual conversation while DK filled up the water jug. He would need to carry this to the office but decided to do that later.

They walked to the edge of O2 where they started to talk, but Koji wasn't doing tasks so DK stopped as well. He felt bad about accusing the man and not trusting him.

But standing here and talking to him made DK realize that there was no way Koji was an imposter. No way was he a murderer. No way had he killed Scott

Steve went up to medbay, still pissed off at DK. Toast saw him and stepped off the scanner.

"Steve. I don't know if I would trust Koji. He seems...off," Toast said. Steve shrugged

"Fine. If he gets sussed one more time then..." Toast said, a warning tone in his voice. Clearly he had very little trust right now.

"Then we vote for him. Ok?" Toast said, his voice becoming a dangerous tone. Steve stared at the ground and nodded.

"That's fair,"

"Not that you get a choice," Steve could've sworn he heard Toast mumble as he walked away. Steve watched for a moment before feeling very unsafe. Apollo came in from the decontam area, well more so from the vent.

"Steve, what's wrong?" He asked and placed his hands on Steve's waist, getting the shorter man to look at him

"Nothing. Sorry, just thinking," Steve mumbled and looked away. His face had already flushed again due to their position. He liked Apollo but the man was supposedly dating Chilled
