'We were hiding up at the reactors'

DK and Steve made it to the meeting, and saw the other three already there. Toast held Ellums body and Hafu was holding Janet's body. Tubbo was staring in shock

"She's dead? They're both dead?" Tubbo asked in shock

"I guess so. But how-" Steve started it ask, shock played across his face

"Me and Toast found both bodies. Janet was by vitals and Ellum was in here," Hafu said, and they set the bodies down. Hafu looked shaken.

"Has everyone done their tasks?" Toast asked. Everyone nodded except for Hafu

"I've been so busy that I have a few more-" she started. Everyone stared at her in shock

"Hafu-" toast said, a warning tone coming into his voice. Her eyes widened

"Toast I was with you. How would I have killed-"

"At the beginning we weren't together. There's a good chance it was up to you,"

"What about them three-"

"Paths now," Toast ordered from us.

"I was just wandering around, no clue what my path was," Tubbo said, dodging the question. As much as they wanted to get the teenager voted out, DK and Steve had to win as lovers, not crew

"We were hiding up at the reactors. We had a feeling it might have a meltdown," DK said. Steve squeezed his hand gently, not that anyone could see

"You see Hafu?" Toast snapped, clearly agitated that she was trying to defend herself.

"Toast I swear to god it wasn't me. I would never hurt anyone from my crew-!" She said, clearly afraid. She cast a glance at her brother and the lovers for help

"Unless it was you and 5up. Twins stick together huh?" Came a low growl. Hafu had tears on her face as she fought to defend herself, fought against Toast

"Toast. Please. You have to believe me," Hafu begged. DK had never seen her so scared, so afraid for her life.

"Vote," the cyan commander ordered. So everyone did. And it was Hafu that was selected. She cried out as Toast bound her hands, throwing a betrayed and scared look at the other three.

"Guys I swear. It has to be Toast," she said. DK picked up Janets body, while Steve grabbed Ellum. They headed to the lava pit and dropped the bodies in.

Hafu was still begging and pleading for her life. She sounded so scared, so vulnerable. So unlike herself. Tubbo forced his sister to her knees on the metal bridge.

"Steve? DK?" She asked, throwing her last hope at dumb and dumber. DK couldn't meet her eyes and Toast got ready to push her off the bridge.

Steve bit his lip, feeling bad for their leader. For their friend. But they needed the lovers win. And in order to get it, it required making Tubbo kill Toast.

"Goodbye Hafu. I'm sorry its come to this," Toast said. He pushed her off the bridge and they watched as she fell into the lava. Nobody spoke for a solid minute after that.
