Apollo stood there as they all got in, holding a rose colored body. Janet screamed as it became apparent who she was.
"KIMI," Janet screamed and took the body from Apollo who still looked shocked.
"Apollo, what happened?" Hafu demanded. Apollo stumbled over his words for a moment before he took a shaky breath
"I don't know. She came over to me, stared at me and dropped dead. But I felt a sense of dread, like death was about to come,"
"Well Peter sure as hell didn't shield you. Kimi must've been the sheriff. But she guessed wrong," Toast said out loud. Janets cries echoed through the room. Then DK got an idea.
"Guys. I finished my tasks. I know who the killers are," he said. Steve gave him a slightly confused look, Hafu stared at him and opened her mouth to speak.
5up cried out though and he fell backwards. He chose wrong. 5up clearly was struggling to breath as he fought to stay alive.
"You chose wrong, 5up. I'm not the snitch," DK said with a smirk. 5up tried to say something but failed as his eyes went blank. They all stared at the body fro a moment before words were spoken.
"5up?" Hafu asked and realized what that meant. "He was the assassin?" Hafu asked, shaking. Toast hugged her as tears started to fall. She pressed her face into her chest, clearly heartbroken that her brother had been a killer
"Ok. So now what? Who do we vote for?" Ellum asked, as if he really didn't know.
"We assume we have another imposter and a glitch right?" Steve asked as DK gave him a told you so look. Steve nudged him in a way that showed slight annoyance.
"Just skip. We should be safer for now," Karl said and glanced toward Tubbo who stared at 5ups unmoving body. Apollo rubbed Tubbos back, as the boy spoke for the first time in a while
"He's dead? He would've killed us?" Tubbo whispered, in total shock. Something about Tubbo also gave Steve a bad feeling, the boy had been way too quiet in meetings. Not playing like a crewmate
"I'm sorry bud," Karl said to him, trying to make the boy feel better. Tubbo shook his head, tears starting to leak. Janet hugged Kimis body close to her, not wanting to let go.
DK walked over, picking the body up from a crying Janet. Steve pulled the girl to her feet. Apollo slid his hand into Steves as they led the girl towards the lava pit.
"Come on," he said gently to her. Janet followed the tall man. The others followed them to the lava pit, Toast carrying 5ups body. He dropped it in, a look of pure hatred on his face.
"That bitch killed Peter," Toast mumbled. DK walked over and dropped Kimis body, and they watched it sink.
"Kimi," Janet cried out, trying to throw herself after her. Steve held her waist tightly as Janet broke down again.
And just like that, there were 9 left.
