Steve's POV

I'm still dazed when I come back from the mission, I mean seeing ur long lost best friend after so many years can surely mess up someone. And also when he doesn't even remember you and is trying to kill you. We did manage to sedate him though and are keeping him within the cell, i definitely wasn't happy with that. We all come back and sit in the living room clearly exhausted but we have to plan what to do with bucky.

I notice that Y/N and luke aren't here who always come rushing and ask for all the details. It always calms us down after the long missions and relaxes everyone. I ask bruce as to where they might be and he told us how they went to get ice cream, but that it was strange that they haven't returned yet. We let it be for the time being knowing that they might hang out in the park or somewhere but will come back tonight.

We finally decide to interrogate him and hear out his side of the story and when he's done we all are quite shocked. I told everyone that we should let him stay here for now and look into hydra for the time being and with that we all dismiss .

It's late at night now and I'm getting worried as to where the 2 trouble makers are and so decide on calling a team meeting. Everyone gathers and I can see they are worried about Y/N and Luke too. Bruce comes in panting and tells us to turn the tv on and it shows luke who's being rushed to the hospital but no sign of Y/N.

The journalist explains that there was a kidnapping that took place a block away from the ice cream place Y/N and luke always go to and says that the people kidnapping were unidentifiable but the person they took was Y/N, Y/N Rose!! (she uses her mom's surname because she wants to at least keep that part of her)

We all look at each other, clearly shocked. First this thing with bucky and now this. That's like dropping two huge bombshells in one day on us.

We just came back exhausted but now this is no time to relax, we set out to work and gather all the information we find on what happened. We all suspect it was hydra's doing and so we head down to bucky's cell to ask him if he knows anything about it. He isn't the winter soldier right now and so we agree it's safe to talk with him.

He had woken up an hour ago and so we ask him if he knew anything about what happened. He shakes his head no but I think he's hiding something, I'm about to ask again when tony yells.

Tony: "Where's my daughter u fucking bastard. I know u had something to do with this."

Steve: "Hey, don't talk to him like that. I know you're worried but we all are and yelling isn't going to help. Now bucky listen, we're talking about a 15-year-old who might be in danger, surely u know something about what happened. Something you might have overheard?"

Bucky: " I don't know much about it, they hardly discuss stuff with me, all I know is I was to distract you while they have another mission to complete" he replies slowly

Tony: "who's they"

Bucky: "The other agents"

Steve "I know u didn't want to work with hydra and what they did to you was terrible but thanks for helping us" "Tony I think it's best we keep him here till he recalls more, it'll be safe for him"

Tony-"he did kill a lot of people steve and also help them kidnap Y/N so I don't about that."

Steve: "first of all he had no control over him, he was brainwashed tony, and second what do you want to do just leave somewhere like that where who knows hydra can find him again, and third, Y/n is clearly in danger right now and we should worry about that rather than arguing here"

Tony: *sighs*" Ok fine you're right, he can use the room next to Y/N's, that one's empty"

Steve"Thanks tony, c'mon buck"
