Everyone was shocked,shoot even the main perverts were shocked except for luffy he wasn't fazed by your accidents you do it all the time in front of him only.
"AAHH IM SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE MEE!!" Y/n yelled in front of luffy with tears in her eyes "Oh? Y/n are you trying to show my your panties again?" He asked so innocently "I'm sorry for showing you something so unforgivable!!" She cried.
Of course as always luffy forgives you, while you were giving him thanks he was thinking about when he first meet you (it just how hajime met Mikan so-) he kisses her forehead and smiled.
He remembers the time you slept on top of him when you were nursing usopp and nami to care and you were so tired but of course luffy was in the only call room so you slept on top of him (minus the fact you did it three times).
And the time he scared you while nursing nami "Y/n...Y/n...Y/n?" You were so focused of treating usopp you didn't notice him "Hey y/n can you hear me?" He grab your shoulder and you jumped so hard "GAHHHH! Luffy don't scare me like that! I almost got wet!" You shouted.
'Wet..?' He looked at you confused (wet like water can I love on you 🤪) but just brushed it off he sat next to you and pulled you onto his lap "How come every time we get separated from the crew me,you,usopp, and nami always get pared up together?" He asked, y/n looked nervous "Is it b-because I'm the nurse and if I wasn't here chopper wouldn't get any rest..?" She questioned "I guess you can say that sweetheart" he smiled.
Luffy also remembers the time you slept on him the first time and zoro had walked in (It's just like how fuyuhiko walked in on haji and Mikan same words too) "...Hu...h...?" He woke up suddenly. And if he suddenly woke up that means he fell asleep without realizing it.
Earlier he discussed with zoro and they decided they take turns resting 'That's right. That's why I came to the on call room on the second floor of the hospital,I haven't been sleeping well the past few days, so a sudden drowsiness overtook me...' he was asleep which was a good thing but.
'My body...feels really heavy for some reason, no... not just heavy...it feels somewhat soft...and...'
And there was y/n sleeping on top of him. Amazing 😄.

He gained conscious "Ah, luffy! You regained consciousness!" Y/n was surprised to that she got him to regain his conscious back, "I'm...l'm so glad...I thought you died..!" She cried "M-Me too...I seriously thought I was gonna die..!" Luffy said with a scared face "I'm sorry...I thought about taking a rest in the on-call room,but you were already asleep so..." she looked to the side.
"That doesn't mean you can climb on top of me!" He had an irk mark on his forehead "Then...I'll be on the bottom next time!" She smiled with a small blush on her cheeks "...That's seriously 'not' what I'm talking about!" He sweatdopped about how innocent y/n was (not that I think she is-) "H-Hey.." they both turned around to see the unknown voice was, to see they both saw zoro standing there with a shocking look on his face "What are...you guys doing...?" "Z-Zoro!?" Of course zoro came in to inform the both of them but walked in at the wrong time "No...This is... I really hope you didn't get the wrong idea..." luffy looked at luffy with sweat bullets on his face "W-Were you guys sleeping together?" Zoro then got a irk mark on his face "Y-You dirty rotten bastard! You guys are fuckn' 19 year olds!" "Seriously,you've got this all wrong..." "We don't have time for that! Nami... she's in Trouble...!" Zoro face was still in disgust after he just walked in on them both.
Of course it wasn't anybody's fault he turned into a pervert sometimes they just Develop like that but once y/n and luffy started dating, luffy loves embarrassing her and LOVES pda, even showing her off to his older brothers in which (ace) is jealous of (idc ace is alive 🙄).
