4 - Airport Guy

It's been two week since I started my life here in Korea.

I must admit that it's really not easy to adjust.

I couldn't deny more that I'm having a hard time with this new life.

But I have to do better.

I chose this, it is my choice to live independently.

On my third day here, I luckily got accepted as a waitress in a restaurant.

I know that I wasn't doing that good since it's my first time working like this.

As I am wiping and cleaning some tables, I got called by my manager

"Heaven!" She shouted so I turned to face her

"Your shift is done, come here, we have to talk" she stated as I went to her office

"Yes ma'am?" I asked politely

"I understand that you're new here and you're adjusting to your work. I'm sorry but we really have to take you out. You're too demure to work here" she stated

"Ma'am, I need this work. Please give me another chance" I pleaded

"Here's your salary for the days that you worked here. Just go back to your home if you're not used to this kind of life" she then told me

"Wait? What?" I was shocked with what she told me

"You don't fit here, Heaven. It's obvious that you don't do these works. I'm really sorry" she apologized before leaving

I was dumbfounded with everything she stated

"This can't be. Did Dad already knew?" I whispered to myself before I decided leaving the restaurant

Instead of going home or finding a new job, I went straight to Jake's dorm

I knocked few times and Jay opened the door for me

"Noona~ Jake's asleep. Come inside" he smiled at me

"Can you wake Jake up for me?" I asked him as he nodded went to their room

"He's just washing his face. Have you eaten? We're about to have dinner, eat with us" he politely asked me to join but I have to refuse

"No thank you, I just came here to talk to Jake" I answered

I sat on their couch, fidgety when Jake finally came out.

"Noona~" he greeted me with a hug
