Chapter-7 Lets Start Over?!

Luke's POV:

When Ashton finally came back over to his yard we all had huge grins on our faces hoping he used his flirting moves right and got the new girls number.

As soon as Ashton approached us Michael was the first to ask the questions. "Whats her name?" "Did you get her number?!" "Did you play your cards right?" once he had finished his 21 questions with Ashton he had a look of confusion mixed with thinking in his facial expression. "Her name is Ari, which is pretty unique" was his reply then walked off, I felt like hes wasn't telling us something so I looked over to Calum with confusion placed on both of our faces while Michael just had a face of wanting more answers. "And yes I got her number, why wouldn't I?" Ashton added while gesturing to himself, "Also if i got her number obviously I played my cards right" he finished while taking his phone out of his back pocket and holding his hand close to his phone.

"Can I have her number to?" I suddenly blurted out which caused everyone to look at me with confusion, heck even I confused myself, I'm never like that with girls.

I awkwardly looked anywhere but the guys, hoping that they would just forget about what I just said and not tease me about it. Don't get me wrong I love them to death but alot of the time when I say something that I wouldn't normally say they tease me about it for maybe a week, depending on the situation.

"Actually, Luke it's your lucky day because she told me to give you guys her number too!" Ashton replied while putting his phone away and taking our phones to add in Ari's number.

Ari's POV-

My new neighbor Ashton, which I just learned his name, finally left my yard allowing me to listen to my music while relaxing on my hammock.

As soon as I got comfortable my phone went off four times, it was odd to get text messages since I didn't and still don't have friends, then I realized that since I was disturbed and shocked from talking to people other then teachers and my dad, that I had given Ashton my number and told him to give it to his friends as a joke, but clearly he didn't get it.

Ugh, hey. This is Calum. Im over at ur neighbors. Im the one with curly hair just incase u need to talk to me in school.

Hey, this is Michael. Im next door. Im the one with odd hair and I love pizza and video games. :D

Since I had nothing better to do at the moment I decided to add them to my contacts and reply back.

Omg I love pizza too. Im Ariana but call me Ari please.

To: Luke(blondy)

Yea sure, maybe when I have nothing better to do one day.

Ashton's POV-

I would be lying if I said I wasn't happy that Ari actually texted me back, I was scared she would have given me a fake number and ended up texting some weirdo.

Umm... Hi...

To: Ari

I have another question for u.... Can I ask it?

Sure I gues.

To: Ari

Well, when I was talking to u, I noticed u have an Australian accent, why?

From: Ari

Well, Ashton I was born in Australia and I picked up on the accent but then I moved to San Francisco when I was 14, and 2 years later my dad got a job offer to transfer here and he took it. And thats pretty much how i ended up here. Los Angeles, California. And I still didnt loose the accent yet.

So how do u have an Australian accent?

To: Ari

Oh, well I was born in Australia like u and my father abandoned me and my mother so we ended up traveling alot. Then my mom found a boyfriend who I didn't like at first but then he told me that he had a band and he taught me how to play the drums, then they got married, had my little brother Harry, a few years later my mom too got a job offer and transferred here. And a half year later my mates moved here with their families so we could try to become famous one day, our parents r very supportive of us and our dreams so they let us chase them.

So that means we have alot in common then.

To: Ari

Yea, I guess that does.

So I was wondering, did u want to hang out sometime soon?

Sure, I mean I guess if I don't make any other friends around here.

To: Ari

Ok. Well. I wish u the best on ur friend hunting.

Ari's POV-

I decided not to text the guys back because it was already 6:30 and I still have some things to do before school tomorrow.

Carrying my things inside my cell phone went off notifying that someone was calling me. It was my dad probably checking up on me or telling me that he was going to be home late tonight.

"Hello?" I answered, but came out more like a question.

"Hey sweetie-" my dad replied back but I just had to interrupt him

"Dad don't call me that, you know I hate when you call me by that my name is Ari, not sweetie, not honey, it's just Ari" I told him while placing the speakers and pillow on the table while turning around and leaning onto kitchen counter.

"I know im sorry Ari" he said after a while trying to process what I just said. "Anyways I was just checking up on you and telling you that I'll be home late tonight"

"Ok, thanks for the update dad!" I said trying to sound happy but honestly I was kinda upset, I was hoping I would have had a chance to tell him that the neighbors kid was flirting with me and that him and his friends were spying on me while I was relaxing outside. (que sarcasm)

(ok im sorry about this chapter because its kinda lame, but u just don't know what else to write atm because im not 'creative' today. But I'll try to make the next chapter exciting. If you guys have any suggestions u want to happen comment! XX luv ya XX)
