Chapter 11- Questions...?

Ari's POV-

It was currently 7:30pm and I was still at the park, watching all the happy people pass by, looking like they didn't have a care in the world. I never had a single text messages or phone call from anyone since I ran from Ashtons place.

I stayed at the park half an hour longer, before finally standing up and started to walk home. I already knew where my house was from the park, because I have been coming here very ofter for the last few days. While I was walking I didn't seem to find the need to watch where I was going. Although I suddenly regretted it when I bumped into someone's hard chest, and fell on my butt.

"Im so sorry, I wasn't watching where I was going!" the person said in a some what familiar accent. "It's okay, I should have been watching where I was going" I said while standing back up.

"Ariana?" the voice said, I looked up and noticed who it was. Just great!

"Umm, Hi Ashton.." I replied awkwardly.

"Hey, why didn't you come over earlier? I thought you wanted to visit me and Luke?" he asked, while I was awkwardly looking down at my feet, knowing that this question was going to be asked sooner or later.

"Oh, I just remembered that I needed to go and get a few things from the store, my dad needed it for dinner. But I'm sorry I couldn't stay" I lied all to easily, when really I'm not even sure if he is home right now.

Ashton didn't say anything after that, and I wasn't sure if we were done talking, so I just awkwardly stood their with my right arm covering my cuts on my left while kicking my foot on the pavement beneath us.

"Soooo, where are you headed right now?"

"I'm just headed home, I was at the park for a while, what about you?" I asked trying to keep the conversation going.

"I'm just headed for a walk, wanna join me?" he asked, with a small bit of hope.

I contemplated it for a while, going through the pro's and con's of this then finally made a decision.

"Yea sure why not?" I replied coming out more as a question than a confident reply.

We walked in silence for a few minutes, then he finally speaks up. "So, tell me about yourself" he said.

"Um well what do you want to know? I'm not a very interesting person." I told him while we turned around a corner.

Lol. Sorry for the short chapter, next ones going to be longer I hope.

I know what the next chapter's going to be about.

Hopefully a double update when by the time I actually get this up.
