Chapter 10- Can I come?

Luke's POV-

School was over and I was back at home, when I got a text message, so I pulled out my phone and checked my messages.

From: Ash

Hey, Lukey! Wanna do something, I'm feeling alot better now that school's over?!

To: Ash

Yeah, sure. Give me 10 minutes and I'll be there.

When I sent that message to Ashton, I quickly got re-dressed, since I was in my pyjama pants and my black slightly ripped, nirvana t-shirt.

I have decided to just put on my black knee ripped jeans with the same shirt, along with my black convers, and started to walk to Ashtons house, leaving a note on the table telling either my mom, dad, or brothers that I'll be at Ashton's house.

I was just about to enter Ashton's house, when I heard faint shout calling my name. I turned around and I noticed that Ariana was walking towards me, I almost kept walking into Ashtons house pretending that I never heard anything, then I remembered what I think I saw earlier today on her arm, so I waited there, slowly regretting it when she came up to me and hugged me.

"Hey, what are you doing here, I thought Ashton was sick?" she said while untangling herself from our little hug, with a smile on her face.

"Oh, apparently Ashton's feeling much better, well now that school's over" I replied with a stiffle of a laugh.

"oh, well then he's very smart for thinking about that.

Do you think he would mind if I joined you guys?" she asked with a tiny bit of hope in the last few words she said.

"uhmm... Im not sure, I'll have to ask him.

How about I go inside and ask him and I'll come back out to tell you what his answer is?" I told her the most nicest way I could, and a smile on my face.

"Oh, yeah, sure I'll wait out here" she replied while starting to sit on the front step.

Ari's POV-

I knew it was stupid of me to ask, Luke probably won't even come back out.

I should have just ignored the little voice inside my head telling me that he and Ashton wanted to see me.

I lost all hope, while waiting for what seems like forever. I was just about to get of the last step of Ashtons porch, when the door flew open, and revealed Luke standing in the door off to the side, signaling that I should go inside. But I walked away, waiting for the answer of my invitation, made me realize that I shouldn't have came and should've remained what I was doing before I walked out of my house.

When I heard Luke call my name out, I ran, not towards my house, but towards the little park I noticed a few days ago on my way home from school. I knew that I shouldn't be upset, because I did end up aloud into his house, but I was, I was upset at myself and that I thought they would want me in their presence, I was also mad at myself, I was mad at myself for thinking that people actually wanted me around, it probably took some convincing for Luke to allow me into Ashtons house.

By the time I got to the park, I was full on crying. I hate crying because it makes me feel weak and helpless, but I hated crying in front of people more. I walked up to the nearest tree and sat down beside it, trying to collect myself and control my breathing.

I didn't know what to do really, so I sat there, staring at my new fresh cut, I made not even an hour ago.

I'm sooooo sorry for not updating in a while, I was just really lazy to write, and I've been busy with my school work.

But I updated and its shitty and short, but next chapter, I'll try to make it longer than normal! But summers going to come soon. So hopefully, ill have more chapters up!!
