Sailor Moon was the first to react, kneeling to the level of the hologram. Her mouth gaped, unable to find her words yet her eyes showed her overwhelming shock clearly. You couldn't begin to imagine the feelings running through Usagi's heart at that moment; she was seeing her mother, one she hardly remembered, come back from the dead... Sailor Moon shook herself out of her daze and stammered, "Q-Queen Serenity...?"

Queen Serenity's gaze held nothing but love towards the girl before her, "My beloved Serenity, it's you... You look well." She let her eyes travel to you and the others standing a foot away. "You too Celeste, it's been too long. I am glad to see all of you once more."

Mercury stared in awe, asking, "But, how are we able to communicate if you're..."

The Queen smiled warmly at her, "I understand your confusion. The Moon Kingdom has always been technologically advanced; thanks to the Eternity Main System of the palace, I was able to leave my will behind. This image you see before you is actually a hologram, based on records of the past which recorded parts of my personality." Her tone turned serious as she continued. "Part of my last testament was to place Luna and Artemis into a deep sleep. I've waited a long time for them to awaken and guide you all..."

Queen Serenity looked sadly over the ruins of the palace spread out over the planet's surface, her tone growing whistful, "Everything is gone, crumbled to ruins now. But, do you remember our lives before?

"The protective dome of the Moon Kingdom was lush with artificial wind and nature. Our home was beautiful yet, Celeste, if I recall, you yearned to experience the true nature of the Earth Kingdom for yourself..."

Celeste stood by the towering tree, running her hands over the bark, memorizing each groove of the dark wood. A mesmerised sigh left her parted lips as a cool breeze blew by and rustled her dress, dancing over her skin.

"Celeste."

The gentle voice that the princess had come to love so dearly tickled her ear as she was engulfed in protective arms from behind. She beamed, the scent she had come to know as fresh scented flowers engulfed her. She didn't turn already knowing full well it was the man she had given her heart to. Endymion nestled his chin in the crook of her neck, Celeste could feel his small smile against her skin. He spoke softly, "I missed you."

The princess stepped back from him with a grin as she reached into her cloak pocket for her gift. She swiftly produced a singular red rose, placing it in the breast pocket of his clothing, surprising the man. She admired his form before taking his hands into her own, intertwining their fingers, the teasing grin on her lips remained, "Roses are rather becoming of you, don't you think, my love?"

Endymion's bewilderment was quickly replaced with a twinkle of amusement in his blue eyes, "I shall keep that in mind from now on..." His eyes softened as Celeste stepped closer, not removing eye contact, their noses were barely touching. He ran a thumb over her soft hands and smiled just as mischievously, catching onto her intentions. "You've never been the most subtle, after all."

Their kiss was interrupted by Celeste breaking into laughter. Endymion couldn't help but join her. Of course, he knew her better than she seemed to know herself. The princess rested her head against his chest, smiling dreamily; the book he had gifted her remained on her mind, she had spent her nights away from Endymion studying the meanings of the many flowers of Earth he had introduced to her. Yes, she wasn't subtle, but what better way to express her devotion than with a simple red rose...

The images that flashed by in your mind made your heart ache, your brows furrowed. More memories...? A quick glance at the others showed you that you weren't the only one suddenly remembering new things. It seemed it wasn't quite over... You focused again, trying your best to remember.
