What to do When You Have an Extreme Case of Boredom

#1 Write a poem.

The best thing to do for this one is something that will make you laugh, or connects to your current situation. You can make it short and sweet, or longer and more artistic. You can do this when you have a couple extra minutes in class if you don't really have any friends in that particular hour! Because who doesn't look intelligent if they spend their time writing in a notebook? Or if you don't have any of those classes (you're extremely lucky) then this will be good for when you're watching a stupid movie in science or whatever. Also, if you're home sick (like I am) then a poem like the example is always fun.

Influenza, also known as the flu,

I know of it, and so do you.

You can't walk through the halls without hearing a cough,

Or a sneeze, snuff of the nose, oh it never stops.

Everyone's home, laying down in their beds,

"Oh they're all far away from me, I won't get sick" you said.

But oh, you were wrong, and now youre ill.

You've tried every kind of medicine, every kind of pill.

And you're bored, every book you have, you've read,

And now, here you sit, thinking soon you'll be dead.

Maybe it's melodramatic, a little bit over the top.

But you've been home for so long, it feels like it will never stop.

So it doesn't really have to be perfect, as you're just trying to entertain yourself, but writing that sure took my mind off the fact that I can't breath through my nose! :D

So have fun and if you have any questions, write them below! If you want more things to do when you're bored, vote!(:
