Jaebum and Sun dated back in 2015, after a few months of talking after they were introduced to each other.
Unfortunately, they broke up after 5 months, due to busy schedule and some other personal reasons. Even so, they decided to end thing and stay friends than to continue something that both knew, at that time, was not the best for them, because the other did not deserve that they could not focus fully on their relationship.

Mingyu and Sun officially started dating in October 2019, after BTS came back from their world tour, but unofficial, they were testing the waters since the beginnig of 2019. Jungkook joke among everyone that he is the main reason that they are now together because he was the matchmaker.
Even if they are busy, they always find time to talk with each other and try to be together at least 2 or 3 times a week.
Weirdly enough, destiny seems to be on their side, and now, that they work under the same label and in the same building turns things a little bit easier for both of them.
