'The ashes fall slowly,

As your voice consoles me'

The young demon stood staring at the junior high school girl in the rain. Soaking from the rain water getting on her glasses making it harder to see. But she stared back at the demon who was pitch black, and looked to be some as some kind of demented werewolf but more scary and demon like, thinking to herself 'what have they done to you, to make you change into this'.

Looking him over seeing that his body seems to be the shape of a werewolf with horns in two sets the big ones coming from his forehead with small ones on the side of his head (that looks to be the skull of a dogs) from the main two, Darkness seemed to be coming off of him like smoke, Wings protruding from his back as well as his tail which looked like a tail it was nothing but bone, and white spikes were formed on his back neck down to his tail. On the forehead of his skull was a marking and the same marking was on his chest glowing faintly.

But the only difference to make him stand out was his blood red eyes glowing bright in the pitch dark night, even if some buildings were lit up, as the cracking sounds of the thunder with lightning shooting in the sky. Behind him were people she could hardly make out but from the sounds of their voices it was her friends Nate and Nova, and what looked like some people in cloaks as they were wearing masks that looked to be skulls. Her only guess was the cult.

The demon roared at her walking forwards as she took a step forward in tune, as Nate yelled "NO!!!" which caused the demon to turn around, one of the cult members walked over "yes! Kill them! They have betrayed you! They are the ones who did this to you" the high school girl walked over, more angry at what the member said, "don't listen to them Damien!"

Nate tries to get up to stop her from walking any closer but falls back down due to his injuries from Damien. "Aiden don't! Don't get near that MONSTER!" Aiden looks towards Nate as Nova tries to help him up, "He's not a monster! He's someone who is completely misunderstood, after everything he went through.

He needs me! Just as I need him!" shocked by what Aiden said. Aiden walks closer to Damien who's on guard snarling and growling, "I know you're in there Damien..and I know you wouldn't do this, hurt me or my friends, this is not you. I know you can even hear me"

The demon roars again at Aiden, causing her to stop for a second before walking again towards him. Remembering what Damien told her to do when and if he got this way and how to help him, The Head Blood of the cult watched as Damien rushed at her roaring Aiden held her arms out in the fast paced moment as Damien got closer, the dark smoke surrounded them both. Pissed that the head blood couldn't see what was happening besides hearing Damien growl.

The two stared at one another, Aiden getting lifted off the ground by the demon. Quickly placing her hand on his forehead. "Please Damien! This is not you, you have to remember!" watching as the beads of his eyes look at her before slowly getting bigger memories flash before him, whimpering blood forms in the sockets of his eyes.

The memories he saw in that moment was of him and Aiden. How the two met, how they comforted one another, and the biggest memory he told himself he never wanted to forget and tried so desperately to hold onto when he changed was when they confessed remembering that day was the happiest he could have been.
