Sonic Past Cool

At Knothole Village Huts.

"Ready, Bunnie?" Sally asked.

"Ready as a junebug in May, darlin'." Bunnie said and bust through the roof. "Whoa, Nellie!"

"Bunnie, are you okay?"

"How do I look?"

"Stuck in the ol' roof." Sonic said and laughed.

"That's just how I feel."

"Hang tight, Bunnie."

"Whoa!" Bunnie said.

"Was it something I said?"

"These leg ladders will come in mighty handy next time I have to fix the elevator."

"If we can even get them to work right." Sally said.

"Power switch needs a little tweakin'." Rotor said.

"Oh my stars; that's not all that needs tweakin'." Bunnie said and screamed.

"Gotcha, Bunnie." Sonic said.

"Thanks, sugar-hog."

"Bunnie! Look out!" Tails said.

"Be careful where y'all are slap shootin' there, tails."

"Sorry, Bunnie."

"Hang on, Bunnie. I'm bringing you down." Rotor said.

"How do they feel now?" Sally asked.

"Smooth as glass. Thanks Rotor, you little genius." Bunnie said.

"Sonic! You wanna play dirt hockey? I've been practicin'." Tails said.

"Yeah, you really smoked that puck, big guy." Sonic said.

"Uh, oh; here we go again!" Bunnie said.

"Uh...sorry, Tails. Maybe later."

"They're always too busy. I'm gonna find my own fun." Tails said and took the elevator up. "Who needs dumb old adults anyway?" he said and knocked the puck into some bushes & searched for it.

Then he gasped.

"What's that?" he said and saw a baby terapod chewing on the puck. "Hey. You're not supposed to eat it. You're supposed to play dirt hockey with it. You don't understand, do ya? It's a hockey puck. You're supposed to hit it with...a hockey stick." he said then hit the puck. "Get it?"

Baby T bleated.

Tails laughed.

"Cool!" he said and they played dirt hockey together. "Alright!"

Later.

"Excuse me. Guess I'm kinda hungry." Tails said.

"Huh?" Baby T asked.

"You know. Eat. Food." Tails said and burped. "Are you hungry?" he asked and Baby T burped. "Ha-ha! Good one!"

Then they rode the elevator down.

"Okay. Coast is clear. Shh...we gotta be real quiet." Tails said.

"Shh..." Baby T said.

Then they snuck into a hut.

"I'll make us a snack. All right! Here's some cookies." Tails said.

While he continued searching through the cupboard, Baby T ate all the cookies.

"Hey! You ate it all!" Tails said and Baby T burped. "No, Baby T; not supposed to eat everything."

"Aww..." Baby T said and sniffled while walking away.
