It all fell down.

One week later and the Avengers are starting to get a little more worried.

Natasha had full confidence in her daughter's fighting abilities but Savannah was still her daughter, and she was only sixteen.

Still, Natasha stayed calm, knowing that Savannah had said that it might take a while.

Peter was a little less confident, however, stating during dinner that the Avengers had to send a rescue mission since Savannah had gotten kidnapped and was being held hostage by a group of aliens underneath the white house.

Tony had given him a pat on the back and told him to go to sleep, which he did not do.

It was always pretty boring for the younger Avengers in the tower when Savannah wasn't there.

With her, they always had an excuse to do fun things and stay up late.

"Savannah hasn't tried this"

"She's never done this"

But without her there, they all just kinda stayed in their rooms all day, occasionally going for a swim together or taking Jasper out on walks.

Wanda had already read through each of the books Savannah had gotten her, twice in a row and she was eager to share her thoughts as soon as Savannah got back.

Peter, of course, was still waiting on Savannah to help him with his legos.

Pietro, not that he would ever admit this, needed Savannah's help.

Peter had called him out on the pictures, Pietro didn't even know those existed, and he wasn't sure what he was supposed to tell the kid.

He needed Savannah too, first of all, to explain why there were pictures of them from the past few months, and tell him what to say to Peter.

He'd been brushing Peter off every time he tried to talk to Pietro because he wasn't sure what to say.

This caused a slight awkwardness every time the boys saw each other, now they just glanced at each other before awkwardly ignoring the other's presence.

Wanda was unsure what had caused the separation between the two who were usually joking with each other or annoying each other to death.

But she didn't worry too much.

As soon as Savannah got back, everything would go back to normal.

Now they just needed Savannah to hurry the hell up with whatever she was doing so they could all go back to the beach.

-----------------------------

Across the world, locked in her own mind, stuck inside of a cryosleep chamber, Savannah did not have as much hope for her safe return.

Actually, she wasn't even sure where she was.

Last thing she remembered?

Talking to Pierce maybe?

She doesn't really know what happened, or maybe she does and she just doesn't remember.

Either way, Savannah knows she's not talking to Pierce anymore.
