I'M OKAY TEUMES! — 05 AUGUST 2021

Eunbyul's eyes were lit up like a little kid on Christmas, watching as the audience kept increasing while the comment section was filled with worried comments from the fans. She rested her face on her hands as she blinked slowly, waiting until more fans joined before she could start the broadcast.

It was a month since the Gimpo Airport mobbing, and also a month since Eunbyul had interacted with the fans on a live broadcast. With her injuries still recovering, she hadn't appeared on any activities with TREASURE, including Yedam's and Jaehyuk's birthday lives — as well as TREASURE's Summer Camp activities.

The only interactions she was allowed was on WEVERSE and TWITTER, but even then, any pictures she posted were old photos or pictures and videos of the other members. This was mainly because she had a few injuries on her face, and had to wait until the scars disappeared.

"Hi, TREASURE MAKERS!" She greeted, grinning ear-to-ear like an idiot. "It's so nice to be back after a long time. I missed having v-lives with you guys!" She clapped cheerfully, scanning the comment section quickly.

"Before I get to the comments, I just want to talk about a few things first. Is that alright?" Eunbyul inquired, staring at the responses for a minute before she continued. "Well, first, I'll talk about my recovery," she explained, looking at the book she had in front of her.

To make sure she didn't talk about unwanted topics, Eunbyul (plus the TREASURE boys) made a list of the things she wanted to cover in her broadcast, as well as topics she couldn't mention at all, considering they haven't been spoken about as yet.

"After the little accident, I'm doing alright now." She smiled at the camera, watching as the comments of concern came pouring in. "I'm not lying or anything, I promise. I mean, it took me a month to recover, so I guess you can tell I'm doing fine." Eunbyul held her thumbs up, looking cheerful.

"I would do a flip or something to prove my recovery, but the members explicitly mentioned not to do anything stupid. And apparently doing a flip is stupid."

Eunbyul held up the notepad, covering the rest as she only showed the little note Hyunsuk had written for her to remember. Do anything stupid and we'll come right over to end that v-live. She laughed at the comments the fans left, overjoyed about being on a broadcast to realise she was just sitting there doing nothing.

After having to avoid absolutely every interaction with fans for a month, Eunbyul had kinda forgotten about how to do things.

"Also, I think the company already sent out an announcement," she stated, her face turning serious again. "But I just wanted to clarify and say that both Junghwanie and Doyoung-oppa are doing great now! We were all self-quarantining in our rooms, but after we did our tests, Doyoung-oppa and Hwanie actually went to a quarantine center."

Eunbyul tried her best to explain how everything worked, knowing that their fans would rest assured if more information was given. "Since the members had other schedules, we decided it would be better if Hwanie and Doyoung-oppa went to a quarantine center to recover rather than self-quarantine at the dorms," she said, making sure the fans were following what she said.

"Even after they left, we stayed in our rooms for a week, did another test, and then went on with our schedules — except for Jihoon-oppa who had his continuous shoots at Inkigayo." 

She looked back at the notepad, furrowing her brows as she realised that was it. "Okay, so my recovery; done. Doyoungie's and Hwanie's recovery; also done. That's pretty much it, then." Eunbyul was surprised, seeing she had covered the topics she wanted to talk about quickly.

"Oh!" The female clapped her hands, remembering more as she read the comments. "I can tell you guys about how I spent my recovery days! It's not really interesting, but I had fun!" She smiled, going through her phone as she tried to see if she had any pictures of her memories.

"This is me at Hyunsuk-oppa's house. And this is when Jeongwoo-oppa's mother came to visit us!" Eunbyul turned her phone towards the camera, making sure the picture was focused. "I think I went to the houses of my members a lot more this past month. But I got scolded by all their parents every time I went over."

"In my defense, I kept begging my members to take me with them every time they visited their homes, because I was bored with staying in one place."

Eunbyul's eyes widened as she came across a picture, immediately giggling as she showed it to the fans. "Guys, guys! Look! Can you recognise her?!" The screen was filled with a picture of the female holding a white Maltese puppy. "Wah, you guys figured it out, huh?" She watched the comment section go crazy, guessing the puppy and its owner.

"It's Maeumi!" Eunbyul announced, scrolling through more pictures she had taken with the puppy. "Jungwon-oppa brought her over a few times because I was getting bored. She's so friendly, really! Maeumi jumped on me and played with me from the first five minutes we met."

"I might've or might've not cried after Maeumi left. She imprinted on my heart, guys, no joke."

Eunbyul read the comments again, nodding as she did. "We've been hanging out a bit with ENHYPEN. But more than hanging out, I think we resort to having calls and texting each other because it's easier," she explained. "I'm not sure if I can say this, but we have been discussing on ideas for some activity we can do together for content."

A ping came from her phone, and Eunbyul's eyes widened before she looked at the camera. "Well, according to Manager-oppa, I was not supposed to talk about it." She gave a sheepish smile, covering her face. "But on the bright side, at least you guys now know that we are doing something for you. You guys have been asking for this for a long time now."

"You know, now that I think about it ..." Eunbyul trailed off, cheeks pink in embarrassment as she looked at the camera. "I didn't really have much to share about as much as I thought. Nevertheless, it's nice having a v-live like this with you guys!"

"I just want to say thank you for waiting for me to recover and for the kind words of encouragement you guys leave for me. I love you guys so much, and I hope you know that!"
