TREASURE DORMS – 18 JANUARY 2022

"Okay, I tried turning a blind eye to it, but something is wrong with Eunbyul and only you two know it. So, Ruto and Hwan, start speaking ... right now."

Watanabe Haruto and So Junghwan exchanged worried gazes before the older spoke up, trying to fix whatever he could since it wasn't his place to tell their members anything.

"There's nothing wrong with Eunbyul." He shook his head, denying the claim. "What do you mean?"

Jihoon sighed, raising his finger accusingly. "This is exactly what is wrong. You have been calling Eunbyul by her actual name instead of calling her Hoshi or something else." He pointed out, furrowing his brows. "It's like you are holding some sort of grudge against her. Did you two fight?"

"Oh–" Haruto didn't know why he felt relieved when Jihoon got it all wrong, but he was glad he didn't have to answer any questions. "Well, actually–"

"Is that what this is?" Mashiho looked concerned, turning towards Junghwan. "Did they fight, Hwanie? What about? You two usually get along really well."

Jaehyuk cleared his throat, gaining everyone's attention. "That's not it. It's not Ruto," he stated, looking at the two males as if to make them tell the truth. "Something happened with Jungwon, right? That's why Byul's avoiding the ENHYPEN boys so much. Tell us what it is."

"Hyung, it's really–"

"Think about what you are going to say if you are going to lie, Junghwan-ah," Jaehyuk warned, giving the youngest a look. "Byul used to skip movie night to talk with Jungwon. We all knew that. They spent whatever free time they had chatting too, but we don't see it now, do we? Something happened."

Yedam raised his hand, letting out a deep breath before he spoke. "Jay asked me about this, too. Byul hasn't been texting Jungwon at all and apparently he asked Jay if he had done anything wrong to hurt her," he explained, causing the others to be worried as they thought something happened between the two.

"Ruto, tell us if Jungwon did something wrong."

"Eunbyul is the type to hide stuff if she thinks it'll affect us badly, Hwan. You know that too."

"Come on, you two. If Byul is like this because of something Jungwon did, then we need to know."

The older members troubled the younger two, each sentence more guilt-tripping than the last. Junghwan and Haruto looked uncomfortable, feeling like they were undercover spies being tortured after they had been caught.
