“Luxious are looking for new aspiring model” Francheska said.

It's been five years since we left Philippines. I missed how people treat me there. Ibang-iba ang kinalakihan ko dito dahil mulat agad ako sa realidad.

I was only ten years old when my parents decided to go back to New York kung saan sila pinalaki. It's hard for me na iwanan ang lugar na aking nakasanayan.

Liam:

Are you busy?

Agad akong nagtipa ng maisagot sa kanya.

Ako:

No, I'm just reading a books.

Liam is my long time boyfriend. Everyone knows him dahil isa siyang guitarista sa banda na The Simps, sikat na rin sila sa ibang bansa. I'm about to call him nang biglang may sumigaw sa labas ng aking kwarto.

“Ate, can you do me a favor?!” Johannie's shout echoed to my room.

Kunot noo ko siyang tinignan mula ulo hanggang paa. She is wearing my black fitted dress. Bumalik ang tingin ko sa kanyang mukha, kitang-kita ko ang kulay blue niyang brace dahil sa laki niyang ngisi.

“What?” Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

I'm now sixteen years old. I'm the youngest model of Vior, one of the most expensive brand in the world. Francisco also known as Francheska Loraine, the owner of famous model agency is my mom's bestfriend. Hindi ko nagustohan ang rumor na ginamit ko lang si Francheska para lang sa fame.

“You know ate, I badly want to go to Cebu” nakapikit niyang sabi. I put a light eyeshadow para bagay sa kanyang outfit.  I brought her a new pumps last week kaya iyon ang pinasuot ko sa kanya.

“By the way, saan ka pupunta?” I asked her.

“Sa house ni Val, she invited me to his brother's birthday” anya sabay kuha niya sa kanyang black Versace shoulder bag.
 

I only enjoyed my childhood when I was in Cebu. Pagkapunta dito sa New York ay kaliwa't kanan ang endorsement ang binigay sa akin. It's a opportunity, that's why I grab it whole heartedly.

Dito lumaki si Johannie sa New York, hindi ko nagustohan ang paglaki niya didto dahil bata pa lang ay kahiligan na niyang mag party, clubbing and even overnight with strangers.

“Where is my-” nahanap ko ang aking shower gel na kanina ko pa hinanap.

Lumabas ako pagkatapos kong magshower. Mom and dad are both in our living room, cherishing their moment dahil next week ay magiging busy sila sa work.

“I though you talk to Francheska?” Mom Maximillian asked me.

“I will check my email” pagkasabi ko ay agad kong hinanap ang email ni Francheska.

If ever I will be the one chosen as their model, I will do my best. I have savings on my moms bank, I want to go back Cebu soon.

I saw the email of Francheska 9:30 in the morning. I immediately reply to his email, maybe this is my chance to join the Luxurious Empire.

“May pasok kayo bukas hindi ba?” Kunot noo na tanong ni dad sa akin.

“Yes dad and I think we will have a training” John said.

I have two siblings, John and Johannie. They are so annoying but I love them so much. Minsan lang kami magbonding ng mga kapatid ko dahil I have lots of work to do.

“Ate I have chika!” Johannie giggled.

“Ano na naman iyan?” I can't deal her right now, I'm tired for checking my schedules for tomorrow.
