Third Person's POV:
The four of them got out of the van as Bobby went up to the roof to get their bags.
"So, you guys wanna have a tour around on our skates?" (Y/N) asked, showing them her new board.
"Woah! Where'd you get that?" Bobby asked, accidentally dropping PJ's bag on him.
"My mom gave it to me as a farewell gift." She dropped it on the ground and skated around the van.
"Lucky you. My dad gave me a typewriter." Max groaned.
"A typewriter?" PJ asked, his eyebrows raised.
"Yeah. He said it was his dad's before giving it to me."
"You know, Max. You should at least appreciate the things he gives you." The (H/C) haired girl stated as she skated back to her friends.
"Psh, whatever." Max huffed and crossed his arms in front of his chest, turning away from her.
Bobby threw a duffle bag at (Y/N), not knowing it wasn't hers. She caught it and looked at Max, giving the bag to him.
He looked at her, his glare disappears as he stares at the girl's apologetic expression. Max slowly grabbed the duffle bag from her with a frown, their fingers slightly grazing each other.
Max clears his throat and rubbed the back of his neck, "Meet us here at the entrance, we'll have a tour around the school."
(Y/N) smiles and grabs her skateboard. She then walked up to Max and grabbed his shirt, kissing his cheek.
"I'll wait for you guys, just don't let me wait for too long. Okay?" She grabs her duffle bags and winked at them before going in the building.
Bobby and PJ walked towards Max who had a shocked face, the color red dusting his cheeks.
"Are you two dating behind my and PJ's backs?" Bobby asked, taking off his glasses.
"What? No! No way. If we were, we wouldn't even kiss with you two around." Max said, muttering the last part.
"Dude! You like her? I thought you were the one who said she's off limits in the first place?" PJ asked, Bobby crossing his arms and shaking his head.
"What?! I-I didn't said that she's off limits! I mean- I don't- She was the one who kissed me okay?" Max stuttered, a deeper shade of red creeping up onto his face.
"Then that would mean she likes you dude!"
"That's impossible! Me and... (Y/N), the most coolest and beautiful girl I've met." Max had a lovestruck look on his face, before shaking his head. "Like I said, that's impossible! She wouldn't like a guy like me."
"Oh come on, man! Maybe you're wrong, you should just ask her out or something then see if you're right about her." PJ suggested, nudging his best friend with his elbow.
"Yeahhh! Max the man! Surely you can ask someone like (Y/N) to go on a date with you! If she kissed you earlier, then why are you stressing over asking her out?" Bobby slung an arm around Max's shoulders, puckering his lips.
"Ugh! Come on, dude!" He pushed Bobby off of him.
"We should focus on the X-Games first, then Bobby and I will help you get (Y/N)!" PJ said, outstretching his hand.
"Yeah!" The both of them fist bumped. "But before all of that, we should probably head inside and find our room."

(Y/N)'s POV:
I looked at the door in front of me, gulping. Having a roommate is exciting right? Meeting someone new, maybe finally talk about girl stuff with them. Yeah, that would be fun.
I smiled and took a deep breath, knocking and opening the door.
The door revealed a very colorful room. There were two beds on either side, the walls have streaks of different colored paint with some sketches taped on it, and the floor was covered in newspapers hiding the carpeted floor.
"Oh! Hi!" I turned to look at a girl with dyed hair next to an easel, a blank canvas on it. "You must be my new roommate! My name's Julia, nice to meet you!"
"I'm (Y/N)." I smiled, holding my hand out for her to shake.
She was about to grab it when she notices the fresh paint on her hand, "Oops! Sorry about that, let me just..." She trailed off, wiping her hand on her apron.
"It's okay, don't worry about it." She smiled and took my hand.
Julia pulled her hand back and her eyes widened. "Cool! You skate?"
I dropped my bags on the ground and grabbed my board from under my arm, "Yeah! Actually my friends and I were planning to compete in the college X-Games this year."
"Woah! I didn't know girls can join, there weren't any when I watched it on TV."
"Well, maybe it's my time to shine then." I laughed and she grinned.
"So, you're an artist?" I asked, putting my things on the vacant bed and walking towards her art station.
"Is it that obvious?" She sheepishly asked, fiddling with her fingers.
I raised and eyebrow at her, pointing at the numerous sketches on the wall.
"I was just kidding!" She chuckled.
I shook my head with a smile and plopped down on the bed.
My smile grew as my mind was filled with thoughts.
We're gonna win this year's X-Games competition and beat those Gammas, and maybe confess to Max..
