Third Person's POV:
"Semifinals have resulted in just Team one and Team 99! Going head to head in the finals. The grueling competition has really taken its toll on the athletes this after hoops. But now, let's strap in for our final end deciding event! The X-Games Triathlon! Yes, we're seconds away from what promises to be an exciting finale between these two fierce competitors."
On a big ramp, you can see both teams. Narrowed eyes looking at the track in front of them.
"Take your positions!" The referee said, looking at his watch while holding a gun on the other.
"On your marks! Get, set!"
Before the referee finishes, PJ's skates lights up and flies him up in the air.
"PJ!" (Y/N) shouted, the three of them looking up at him in confusion.
The referee blew his whistle, walking in front of the two teams. "False start! False start! Both teams back, get back here!"
Bradley's chuckles can be heard by Max and (Y/N), who both glared at his direction.
"Wait! Hold on!" Max walked up to the referee, followed by his girlfriend.
"Bradley just blasted our forth guy into the next state!"
The Gamma Mu Mu's leader held an innocent look on his face, looking between the two and the referee.
"Why that is absurd! I did nothing of the sort!"
Max groaned, looking at his two teammates. "That's what my dad's been trying to tell me!"
"Can we get on with the race, please?" Bradley interrupted him. A hand flying up to his chin and a look of thought displayed on his features.
"Wait a minute! Uh, one, two, three- Oh you don't seem to have enough team members now do you?" He turned his back to the referee to hide his smirk on his Upper-crusty face.
"Rules are rules! You have to feel the full team or you forfeit to the Gammas."
The three looked at each other then back to the referee. "Wait, that's unfair! We don't know anyone else!" Max said as a shadow loomed over him.
They looked up at the blimp, the field reporter on its screen. "Seems we have a little delay here, folks! Team 99 short a man and will be disqualified if one is not found in just one and half minutes!"
Max pushed the reporter away, stealing the mic and looked at the camera with pleading eyes. "Dad! It's me, Max!"
Goofy, who was on the stairs on one of the bleachers, looked up at the blimp. "Oh my gosh! Maxie's in trouble!"
As if knowing what his father was thinking, Max rolled his eyes at the camera. "Dad, relax. I'm not in trouble. It's just the team needs you. I need you."
The Goof senior jumped down a step and looked at the person next to him, "You hear that? I gotta go help him. Good thing I always carry my lucky horseshoe!"
"I'm coming, Maxie!"
Goofy ran down the stairs, bumping into a popcorn vendor and falling down towards the ground. Luckily, he landed on the medic tent and bounced back to the platform where his son and his friends were.
Max sighed, leaning on the railing. (Y/N) held his arm in an effort to at least give him some comfort.
"Well, wouldn't blame him if he didn't come."
"That's it! They're disqualified!" Bradley said in a singsong voice.
The referee checked his clock, "Nope. Nope. Nope. Not yet, there's still five more seconds. Four... Three... Two.."
